I. Introduction
Community is a group that living in a one place or share one particular interest or
common. We are part of a community. It is impossible to us to be excluded in one
community; we are always a part of a community no matter what. One of the reasons
why humanity manage to survive from the past is because they hunt in group, make
shelter for everyone, and lived together. Having a community is the reason why our
race survives in predators, calamity, and, disaster. We share knowledge in share it to
the community we care.
II. Rationale

City has the more residents than other cities in metro manila having estimate of 2.9

iv. Community Problems and Issues

Current Problems and issues happening in our community is cause by the Pandemic that makes
our lives much harder than before. Problems that are facing by the Quezon City the following:
 Some citizen is still skeptical about the effectiveness of the free vaccine offered by the
local government.
 Some citizen doesn’t abide the rules and safety precautionary measure to reduce the
spread of the Corona Virus.
 Having a huge gathering that is not recommended by RITF Law.
 Lacking of knowledge in proper waste disposal.
 Flash floods

v. Community Assumption
Living in Quezon City makes me conclude that local government officials must remove all
people residing near the creek and river so no one can throw trash in any body of water that is
passing by the city. Also, barangay must patrol not only streets and side roads but also the
alleys inside the streets where people often have huge gatherings in there. Those who were
caught throwing trash improperly must be fined with big amount of money and also do
community service so people will learn that throwing trash in not proper way will be punished.

i. Assessment Form
Gen Z-Learners Organization is an organization that promotes the
importance of knowledge and wisdom to students. It is a good idea since
nowadays, kids are more into social media activities and creating an organization
where not only students within the university could learn and share knowledge to
his/her own community or group.

One of the crucial parts of being leader in a community is to lead and

guide people. Attending and joining an organization such as Gen-Z learners will
help you more become open minded and knowledgeable.

In the end, to assess the Gen-Z learners’ organization, we gather

suggestions and recommendations such as: Improving the system of the
organization, following trends and news and many more that would improve our
organization. Being part of the Gen Z Learners page is truly an honor not only
because we gain new learnings and experience but also be able to study and
understand how community works and assessed.
