Antibiotic are meant to inhibits the growth of microorganisms and helps to destroys them but instead
they have become of the biggest public health challenges of our time when they are overused.

Points
1) Each year atleast 2.8 million people get an antibiotic-resistant infection and more than 35000 people
die.(In US 2019)

2) Taking antibiotics too often or for the wrong reasons can change bacteria so much that antibiotics
don't work against them.

3) Overuse of antibiotics causes antibiotic resistance which can lead to longer hospital stays, higher
medical costs and increased mortality.

4) Antibiotics increase fatal diseases like diarrhea, pneumococcal infections, skin infections and even
tuberculosis in childrens.
