Subject: Update in Policy of Teachers under Double Shift

Program (Middle to High Schools)
Memo:
I am directed to refer to your Email on the subject cited above and to state
that five number of Schools (Middle to High) were proposed for Double Shift School
Programme and information of teacher were sent to your good Office vide letter No.421
Dated 12-08-2021 but due to revising of policy it is very difficult to fulfil the said criteria of
hiring teachers as District Torghar is far-flung, hard and hilly area and schools are situated
faraway due to remote area and geographically Indus river divided Torghar into two parts
furthermore students Strength is also approximately less than twenty in each class.
Hence, the report is submitted for your kind information and further
necessary action please.
