However, for complicated industrial and civil buildings, other detail information, such as plan layout and details of formworks, openings and embedded parts, is also required. Section drawings of reinforcement are only necessary in special cases. 1.0.5 When structural construction drawings are carried out using IRM, according to the design of specific project, dimensions and reinforcement details of structural members shown in the plan layout drawings of st jical) floors shall comply with the relevant mules of IRM. instruction drawings are prepared, the full set of construction should be arranged in the order of foundations, columns, ams, slabs, stairs and other members, 1.0.6 Dit -inforeement details of structural members can. be sho xt by three methods: ichnographic annotation WAV ‘method and sectional annotation method. 1.0.7 When ichnographic construction drawings are prepared, every structural member, such as columns, shear walls, beams and slabs shall be noted by its number which includes the type code and serial number of the member. The type code is to indicate relevant standard detailing drawings, Standard detailing drawings are noted with the type code of members to show the complementary relationship between the detailing drawings and corresponding types. of ‘members in ichnographic construction drawings. A completed set of structural design drawings shall include both ichnographic construction drawings and standard detailing drawings. 1.0.8 For ichnographic construction drawings, the structural floor level, story height and corresponding floor number of floors below and above ‘ground level shall be shown in tables or by other methods. Structural floor level shall be coordinate with structural story height in the same project in order to set the vertical position of foundations, columns, walls, beams, slabs, stairs, etc. For the convenience of construction, the structural floor level, structural story height shall be shown in ichnographic construction drawings of all kinds of structural members such as columns, walls and beams. Note: Structural floor level is the floor level shown in architectural drawings excluding the thickness of flooring finishing and cushion layers. The floor number in structural drawings shall be consistent with that in architectural drawings. 1.0.9 In order to carry out construction properly according to ichnographic construction drawings, the information, which is closely relevant to ichnographic construction drawings, has to be specified in specific construetion drawings as below: General Provisions eves | 16G101-1 fer[ecia] 32% [ = 6 ‘Shear Walls Slab-related 1, The reference number of the adopted ichnographic standard drawing collection (e.g. 16G101-1 for this drawing collection) shall be specified in order to prevent any misuse of the drawing collection once updated. 2. Each typical column is noted with sectional dimensions and reinforcement details and it represents the columns with same column number, 132 Except for core columns, all columns shall have a column number according to Item 1 of Section 2.2.2 in this drawing collection Section of typi: (3), which can represent the columns with same column chall be drawn at a larger scale to show the ‘Other individual information of each typical ectional dimensions bxh, corer bars or total 1 all longitudinal bars in a section are the same y in the drawing), amount of stirrups (see Item 6 of S f les) and the setting out dimensions by, b2, and hn, Wave” the column number, If the diameter of middle longitudinal bars is different from that of comer bars, additional information of the middie bars shall be noted (for rectangular column section with symmetrical reinforcement, annotation on one side is enough). ‘When core column is designed within certain height at the center of some frame columns, the core column shall be numbered according to Item 1 of Section 2.2.2 in this drawing collection. The level of the start and the end points of the core column shall be provided following the column number as well as the total number of longitudinal bars and stirrups (see Item 6 of Section 2.2.2 in this drawing collection). If sectional dimensions of core column are determined by detailing requirement and would be constructed according to standard detailing drawings in this drawing collection, no special note for core column is required. If other method is adopted, it shall be specified by designers. Core column position shall be set following the corresponding frame column, No setting out dimensions for core column is required. 2.33 In sectional annotation method, for columns with same sectional dimensions and reinforcement details but different relative positions to gridline, same column mumber can be used. However, the setting out dimensions to gridline shall be noted in the sections without reinforcement details. 2.3.4 Example of ichnographic construction drawing of columns using sectional annotation method is shown on page 12. 2.4 Others > 2.4.1 If some parts of the plan layout of columns shown on the construction drawings according to Section 2.1.2 are overlapped or too crowded, an alternative scale can be used for better description, Rules of Iehnographic Construction Drawings of | cin ‘Columns { ae ES Kaiser ie | 16G101-1 Rules | General Provisions Shear Walls Slab-related
