We regret to inform you that we cannot provide your request inasmuch as we are not authorized to distribute the electronic copies of the said Standard Specifications. The Department only allows distribution of the hard copies of the DPWH Standard Specifications and retails it for the price of Php 750.00 per book. However, the "Blue Book Volume II” is out of stock and reproduction was put on hold since this Bureau is currently revising it. In this regard, it is advised that we wait for the completion and release of DPWH Standard Specifications latest edition but if you wish to have the "Blue Book Volume II” be photocopied, you may visit our Office located at DPWH Region 4A Compound, EDSA comer NIA Road, Pinyahan, Quezon City.
