Moonrise and Moonset

Earth’s moon appears to rise in the east and sets in the west just like the sun. Like the
sun, the moon does not appear to move across the sky as quickly as the stars we see.
The time the moon rises and sets changes each day. Sometimes the moon rises in the
morning and sets in the evening.
