PERSONNEL PROCEEDING TO UPWIND MUSTER POINT. ON ARRIVAL, TURN T-CARD, MUSTER IN
ROWS OF 6 AT COMPANY SIGN AND AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

LEL HIGH LEVEL ALARM (40%): RED FLASHING LIGHT & AUDIBLE SIREN.

ALL PERSONNEL TO DON B.A. SET, MASK UP WITH NON ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL PROCEEDING TO
UPWIND MUSTER POINT. ON ARRIVAL, TURN T-CARD, MUSTER IN ROWS OF 6 AT COMPANY SIGN,
PLUG INTO CASCADE SYSTEM, ISOLATE BA SET CYLINDER VALVE, AND AWAIT FURTHER
INSTRUCTIONS.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL REPORT FOR DUTY AS LISTED IN THE TABLE BELOW AND PLUG INTO CASADE
SYSTEM ON ARRIVAL AT DUTY STATION.

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL DUTIES

Position Responsibility
Co.man (on duty) Don 30-minutes SCBA, grab VHR radio and head to the rig floor. Verify
if the well is properly secured. Once well is secured report to
Emergency Control Centre.
Tool Pusher - On Duty Don 30-minutes SCBA, head to rig floor, and assist driller in shutting in
the well as needed.
On duty Co.man and Toolpusher will work in a buddy system
Co.man (off duty) Don 30-minutes SCBA and then proceed to Emergency Control Centre
(Co.man office). Phone EMKRIL management in Erbil and inform them
of latest developments. Relay any information from Erbil to rig floor
as needed.
Rig Manager Don 30-minutes SCBA and then proceed to Emergency Control Centre
(Co.man office). Phone IOT management in Erbil and inform them of
latest developments. Relay any information from Erbil to rig floor as
needed.
Off duty Co.man and Rig Manager will work in a buddy system
Tool Pusher - Off duty Don 30 minutes SCBA and then proceed to upwind muster point, and
take charge of head count along with rig clerk and on duty translator.
Driller – Off duty Don 30-minutes SCBA and then proceed to upwind muster point. Get
Search and Rescue Team ready and be Team Leader for Search and
Rescue Team A.
Driller – On duty Don 30-minutes SCBA, and then secure the well. Inform on duty
Toolpusher that well is shut in and await further instructions.
Assistant Driller – On duty Don 30-minutes SCBA, head to the drill floor and assist driller /
toolpusher.
Assistant Driller – Off duty Don on 15 minutes SCBA, and head to upwind muster point. Once
there swop 15 min SCBA for 30 min SCBA, and be Team Leader for
Search and Rescue Team B
Derrick man – On duty If on derrick, don 15-minutes SCBA, and proceed down to drill floor
and report to driller. If not required, proceed to upwind muster point.
Floorman – On duty Don on 15 Mins SCBA, and assist driller with securing the well. Await
further instructions.
Floorman – Off duty Don on 15 minutes SCBA, and head to upwind muster point. Once
there swop 15 min SCBA for 30 min SCBA, and be Search and Rescue
Team B members.
Roustabouts – On duty Don on 15 minutes SCBA, and head to upwind muster point. Once
there swop 15 min SCBA for 30 min SCBA, and be Search and Rescue
Team A members.
Rig clerk Don on 15 minute SCBA, and head to upwind muster point, and do the
head count.
Translator – On duty Don on 15 minute SCBA, and head to upwind muster point and assist
with the head count.
H2S Supv – On duty Don 30-minutes SCBA. MAKE PA announcement of alarm and which
muster point to muster at. Wait for HSE Officer/HSE advisor and go
confirm readings showing on H2S detection panel. Report H2S
readings to off duty company man, and then head to upwind muster
station.
H2S Supv – Off duty Don 30 minute SCBA, proceed to upwind muster point, and help assist
personnel having problems with BA set, etc.
HSE Officer/HSE Advisor Don 30 minute SCBA, proceed to Almansoori shack, and met up with
on-duty H2S Supv. Be his buddy when he checks gas readings.
Doctor Don 15-minutes SCBA, grab oxygen cylinder and proceed to upwind
muster point. Once at muster point, be part of the medical response
team.
Ambulance driver Don 15-minutes SCBA, grab stretcher and proceed to upwind muster
point along with BCM Doctor and WDI Paramedic. Once at muster
point, be part of the medical response team.
Chief Mechanic Don 30-minutes SCBA, and do search of all sleeper rooms and offices
in the mini-camp. On completion, head to upwind muster point
Camp boss and Chief cook Don 30-minutes and do search all the sleepers’ room in main camp.

Cook helpers Don 30-minutes and do search all the sleepers’ room in main camp.
On completion, head to upwind muster point
Security Supv Don 15-minutes SCBA, and notify OPF commander of H2S status on rig
site.
Security Don 15-minutes SCBA, change flag status from green to red, and close
main entrance gate, and report to upwind muster point.
Mud Engineer – On duty Don BA set and proceed to upwind muster point.
Mud Loggers – On duty Don BA set and proceed to upwind muster point.
Cementer – On duty Don BA set and proceed to upwind muster point.
All Non-Essential Don 15-minutes SCBA, proceed to upwind muster point. Formed six
Personnel (6) person in a line, plug in, be attentive and wait further for
instructions.
