5. Probation period: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months effective from the date of joining.

6. Notice Period for Termination of Contract: During your period of employment, either party shall be
entitled to terminate the said employment by giving one month's notice in writing to the other or one-
month pay in lieu of.

7. This offer of employment is valid subject to the following conditions;

a. Signed acceptance of this offer letter by ?????
b. You are being declared medically fit.
c. The prevailing rules & regulations of the immigration department and UAE labour law
d. Verification of original testimonials.

You are required to sign this letter as acceptance of this offer for our record purposes and you are to provide a copy of
your passport, university education certificates attested together with 2 passport size photographs to obtain the
employment visa.

Should you rescind on this agreement after we obtain the employment visa for you, we would advise you of the costs that
we have incurred and you will be required to reimburse us the same.
