You have submitted the subvendor credentials for supply and Installation of
vide letter ref(2) & (4) cited above and requested approval.

The subvendor credentials were scrutinised and generally found in order.

Hence the subvendor proposal for Supply and Installation of Visual

Monitoring System of make is approved with following conditions.

 The GTP and Drawings shall be submitted as per technical specification

and site requirement.
 The Visual monitoring system should be supplied and installed as per
technical specification and site requirement.

Please note that this approval does not absolve you of your responsibility to
fulfil the contractual obligations/terms and condition of LOA.
