JP’s Inflatable seal made from special grade Silicone rubber which conforms to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
for food grade criteria suitable for various sealing applications. Inflatable gasket inflate like a cycle
tube. When it inflates it seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing. This is inflated by 10 mm to 20 mm
when 2 kg to 4 kg pressure is applied.

FEP ENCAPSULATED ‘O’ RING

FEP Encapsulated O-Rings - It comprised of FEP over Silicone /
FKM / EPDM. This unique combination forms a highly
effective seal for special applications. These O-Rings are used
in extreme Low (-600C) and High (+2050C) Temperature
conditions, depending upon Elastomer core. The main
advantage of FEP O-rings is its chemical inertness whilst with
its energizing core, the O-Ring returns to its original form.

MARPRENE TUBE
Thermoplastic Elastomer (MARPRENE) Tube - It is
pharmaceutical grade tube (Non-Toxic) which compatible to
various Alcohol based solvent used in industry. This tube is
especially known for its flexibility and flex crack resistance
(Peristaltic Pump). The tube has excellent chemical and solvent
resistance and inside has smooth bore to ensure less
contamination
