The mummies of 22 Egyptian rulers have been taken in a procession through Cairo on their
way to a new museum. The ceremony, designed to showcase the country’s rich heritage,
snaked along the Nile cornice from the Egyptian Museum to the newly opened National
Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

What is your opinion? Please try to explain why Egypt wanted to have a big celebration for
moving the 22 mummies. What do you think about mummies? Would you like to visit the
