Healthy eating

In my opinion, the most relevant idea about healthy food is Japanese food, because is
very popular around the world, someday I would like to travel to Japan and eat the
traditional Japanese diet, they talk about one of the secrets to the long lives is their diet
of eating a lot of fish, I can say that my favorite food is fish because I train and I know
that’s great for my body too, fish makes Japanese food so health.

About ingredients, fish, rice and soy are well, but for me is rarely eat seaweed because
I didn’t eat it, but could be great I don’t know, however their traditional food is very
healthy.

Brassa Cabribe is a popular restaurant in Monteria, it`s in the downtown, there you will
find the tipical food of Monteria, fish, coco rice,soup of cheee, one of the cornerstones
is “Lomito de cerdo” (Pork meat) and juice “Aguapanela” (sugar cane drink) the price is
very cheap, but I prefer soup of beens, its my favorite. I like it because it`s a place with
a nice family atmosphere, if someday you came to Monteria, I`ll invite you to Brassa
Caribe.

Our first pet.

One year ago, my mom bought a dog but she didn’t want to buy it because it costs a lot
of money, around 300.000 pesos, she wanted to find a solution. First, she talked with
the dog seller about the price and the dog seller told her that she could buy a cheaper
dog, a Cocker Spaniel. Then, my mom accepted the offer and bought the dog, we
didn’t have idea about the dog, and it was like a surprise that my mom wanted to make
us. After, she took the dog to home for show us the new member in our family, when
my mom arrive home she showed the dog, we couldn`t believe it because the dog was
so beautiful and. Finally we were so happy with the dog because it was our first pet, it
liked to play a lot with us and we enjoyed spending our time with it. Her name is Anne,
she`s playful and beautiful.

3 months ago, I and my friends traveled to Medellin for holiday, we went to know some
popular places of Medellin, one of my friends wanted to go to the stadium Atanasio
girardod because that night there was a match game, but there was a problem, we
didn’t have enough money to buy tickets, 5 minutes later we started to walk because
we needed to find a bank for get money, then we arrived to the bank and take out the
money, so we went back to the stadium but there weren’t tickets, at the moment we
didn`t know what to do, until a friend told us “ hey we can come here the next weekend,
it could be cheaper”, so at the end we decided to go a restaurant and watched the
mach from a TV, however it was a great moment and we could save money, finally in
the weekend we went to the stadium again but this time we enter the stadium because
we had already booked the tickets, so after all, we learned that we need to be sure
how much money you have when you aren’t in home
