TOP COMMON PROBLEMS INSIDE A HOTEL

Of course not every hotel is perfect, even 5-stars hotel. There are always some
issues, here I’ll talk about some top common problems inside a hotel that
someone maybe encounter with.

1. Noisy neighbors. I think this is quite common for any hotels, even what type of
hotels you are running. The guests pay good money to get some peace and quiet
in your hotel is something.

2. No hot water,very familiar in a hotel. Get off a plane, tired and all you can think
of it’s a nice hot bath, turn on and freezing. And this problem can be classed as
“first world problem”.

3. Unexpected fees. In some places there are some fees that you might be for fees
that unexpected fees, even unnecessary. Customers will be unhappy of they have
to pay more than what they previously had in mind.

4. Issues with the staffs. An issue you’re bound to run into, no matter how well
operated your hotel is, are issues that your customers experience with your staff.
These problems can range from complaints regarding their attitude, not feeling
like they’re doing everything they can, etc.
