DIRT DUMP AGREEMENT

This letter constitutes a dirt dump agreement between__Richard Borcherding_, and Tapani
Underground, for the purchase or delivery of dirt material for use on private property, located at
___2202 W. 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 __. Where as _Richard Bocherding_, as the
property owner, assumes all responsibility for maintaining and ensuring a proper grading permit is
in place for the property prior to delivery or dumping of any material.

Richard Borcherding_ agrees to purchase/accept dirt material from Tapani Underground for
$____0.00_______ per cubic yard (truck measure); price to include delivery only. All permits,
erosion control, and property restoration or improvements, are the sole responsibility of the
property owner.

_Richard Borcherding agrees to indemnify and hold Tapani Underground harmless from any
damage, loss or claim resulting from the dumping of dirt material on the property described in this
agreement.
