treatment cycle to remove any bacteria from

however, the start time can be changed in the
Manager’s Menu control panel menu.

Adjusting the time to begin at a “sooner” time is


acceptable. Adjusting the heat cycle time to a
later time, however, may result in unexpected
failures. Therefore, adjust the time for a later
period, only when the machine has been
cleaned.

The heat mode light will be lit during the entire


heat treatment cycle.

NOTE: Cold mix put into the hopper during the


heat cycle will lead to a heat cycle failure.

C708 Symbols The Manager's Menu is used to enter the

on the control panel.

the SEL symbol will function as menu keys.

While in the Manager's Menu, if no activity


occurs within a two minute period, the display
will exit to the Main Menu. There is one
exception to this time-out, and that is the
