Has everyone here ever been angry and what did you do to solve that
problem?

Our Bigbang project will be the perfect choice to calm your anger.

Talk about the project's name and logo. Inspired by the Bigbang explosion,
after a terrible explosion, everything was refreshed and created a new era,
our logo is a pentagon and an inner triangle. Triangle is the most stable
structure that symbolizes that no matter how many events strike you, the
pure beauty in your soul is eternal.

- Slogan: BIGBANG - Change your mood. You bring anger to us, we help you
take it away!
- Games: We take your negative emotions away in a different way.
+ Break the bottle: you bring your anger into the room that has
prepared a full of bottles for you to throw at the wall.
+ Launch the darts.

+ Meditation: This room is designed to be close to nature, giving you
space and an instructor to help you breathe, calm your mind, stabilize
your emotions, and think more positively.
- Operation time: 24/7. Because stress can happen anytime, anywhere, we
want to respond promptly to the needs of our customers when they need it.

1. Target business:  
a. Short-term goals:
- Launched the project "Big Bang- Relieve stress at home" to accommodate
the urgent needs of customers with reputable, safe, and attractive stores
with diversified services.
- Improve service/product quality to give customers the best experience.
- Positioning BigBang brand is a stress-relieving service with interesting
games, comfortable space, and ways.
- Increase customers through marketing strategy.
b. Long-term goal: 
- Expanding the business model, with many branches in Da Nang City.
- To become a leading company about stress relief services in Vietnam.
2. Target customers:
a. Age:
18 years and over. At this age, clients are aware of their behavior and
responsibilities.

As students, office workers, business people, ... are people who have to suffer a
lot of pressure from life. For students, pressure can be from achievements,
grades, deadlines, too much knowledge, parental pressure, school violence, or
being discriminated against, body shaming, ... Besides, it can also be emotional
pressure, quarreling, breaking up with a lover, ... As for office workers,
business people, they are under a lot of pressure from work, pressure, from

superiors, promotion competition, overwork, ... and so on. Besides, family is
also a factor causing stress such as financial pressure, love of husband and
wife, children, family discord.

b. Income:
People with an income of 3 million dongs and over. With enough income to
pay for the service at the BigBang store.

  Step 1: Market research

+ Life is becoming more modern, the people are also under more pressure
than:  from work, study, relationships,… Each person will have their ways
to relax for themselves. Some people who know how to control and
relieve stress with active forms such as traveling, listening to music,...
However, there are also some people who have other but it’s negative
ways such as destroying furniture or even cursing to relieve stress
+ Target market: We focus on places near offices, businesses, universities.-  

Step 2: Finding the ground

+ We select this area because there are many businesses, offices, companies
around it... Besides, It closes to some schools such as University of
Economics, University of Information Technology and Communication
Vietnam - Korea,…

Step 3: Finding and selecting a supplier

+ Glass bottle: Scrap store near Ngu Hanh Son area


+ Protective gear: Adana shop (155 Le Dinh Ly (opposite 160) - 130 Le
Duan, Da Nang). This is one of the most popular shops selling hiking gear

quality products.

These suppliers are located in the center of the city and close to where our
stores are located, ensuring that they can promptly meet our needs. In
addition to price and quality, this is an equally important factor for us to
choose them as the main suppliers.

Step 4: Hiring the staff

+ Since this is a new business model in Da Nang, we have the advantage of


being a pioneer of this type. After careful consideration of costs, revenue
and profit to maintain business operations, we have offered a price of
99,000 VND / 20 minutes.

II. Advertisement:

Bigbang has used several types of advertising for this service as follows:

- Running ads on Facebook: The reason we choose this type is that social networks
are growing and it is considered to be able to spread all news as quickly as
possible, this helps customers to have access quickly and waste less time

- Print leaflets: we use leaflets to actively approach customers and at the same time
help the team save a huge amount of money. We will distribute leaflets in areas in
front of the university, dormitory, or office gates, ...
- Banner hanging: We will hang banners at places where customers often pass by,
easy-to-see places to attract their attention.
- Investing in images and content: Images play an important role in conveying
information about the company's products. Therefore, we invest heavily in the
design of images and content to be able to create an impression and attract more
attention from customers.

III. Competitors:

In the Da Nang market, there are also many other types of stress communes
such as movies, sports centers, amusement parks, etc… However, these are
quite old business types, not as unique and new as Bigbang’s services.
Therefore, we have the advantage of being a pioneer in this type of service.
The stress commune house focuses only on action-intensive activities, meeting
the psychological and physiological needs of the person, making energy and
stress release more deeply than other activities. The special thing about our
service is that after participating in strong actions, we will be able to join the
meditation room, helping customers to calm down, balance their mind and
body, and help them get back. Confidence, joy in life and work…

IV. Customer service:


- Customers will be advised by staff carefully before using.

- Regular customers will make a loyalty card to receive special offers (such as
receiving souvenirs, discounts for the next use of services,...).
