Product Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The product warranty is in accordance with the following regulations:
1. The manufacturer should take responsibility for below specific elements:
• In domestic use (as calculated from the date of invoice)
- Invoice within one month should accept replacement and repair.
- Invoice within twelve months should accept repair.
• Goods exported overseas (excluding China) and invoice within fifteen months, the local seller is responsible for repair.
2. All the distributors, agency or production place of Temp Control in whole China can provide after-sales service for Temp Control product, their
conditions of service as follows:
• We provide inspection service on the local selling place (including troubleshooting).
• All services comply with the related after-sale service terms and conditions stated on the agency agreement between Siam Water Flame and
distributors.
• Buyers can pay to any Temp Control agent if need any after-sales services (whether or not the warranty).
3. The product,s warranty period is one year from the date of invoice. The product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship and will conform
To technical specification.
4. Siam Water Flame will not be responsible for any labor costs or expenses associated with repair and replacement of defective.
5. In the case of the following causes of failure, even in the warranty period is also a paid repair:
• Incorrect operation (depending on the use of manual), or misuse, alteration, neglect, improper, abuse, accident, or unauthorized maintenance or repair.
• The problems caused by using the control beyond its standard specifications requirement.
• Damage caused by drop down or improper handling.
• Controller components aged or failure caused by improper environment.
• Due to an earthquake, fire, wind and water disasters, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage, electrical power surge, interruption of electricity,
electrical power surge or other natural disasters and disasters, accompanied by the damage caused.
• The damage during transport (Note: The mode of transport designated by the customer, the company's help on behalf of the procedures for
handling the transfer of goods).
• When the manufactures brand, trademark, serial number, nameplate and other damage or cannot be recognized.
• If the buyer has not paid full money according to purchase agreement.
• The installation, wiring, operation, maintenance or other use of objective reality cannot be described to the company's service office.
6. Concerning replacement and repair services, goods shall be returned Temp Control to company, after confirmed the attribution of responsibility then
they are allowed to be returned or repaired.
The user should be aware and alert that something may fail beyond our control exists. Since farm condition and livestock environment may cause
controller damage, the user should provide adequate back up and alarm system. These are to operate critical system even in case of Temp Controller
system failure. Neglecting to provide such a backup will be regarded as the user,s willingness to accept the risk of loss, injury and financial damage.
In no event will Siam Water Flame be liable to user or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including but
not limited to any damage or injury to business earnings, lost profits or goodwill, personal injury, costs of delay, any failure of delivery, costs of lost or
damaged data or documentation, lost or damaged products or goods, lost sales, lost orders, lost income. Except of the above express warranty,
Siam Water Flame makes no other warranties, express or implied, relating to the products. Siam Water Flame disclaims and excludes the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No person is authorized to make any other warranty or representation concerning the
performance of the products other than as provided by Siam Water Flame.

1. INSTALLATION
Open the front panel
1. Connect the Temp R Tron 612 to the wall in a dry place approximately 1 meter away from the electrical
Cabinet and Connect a 220V cable to the unit.
2. Connect the Analog Input (Temperature Sensor, Humidity Sensor), Analog Output, Digital Input as below:
2.1Analog Input Connections
2.1.1 Temperature sensors
T1 is used for indoor temperature sensor 1. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire (Brown) to T1 terminal and second wire (White and Black) to the 0V terminal
T2 is used for indoor temperature sensor 2. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire (Brown) to T2 terminal and second wire (White and Black) to the 0V terminal
T3 is used for outdoor temperature sensor 3. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire (Brown) to T3 terminal and second wire (White and Black) to the 0V terminal
T4 is used for indoor temperature sensor 4. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire (Brown) to T4 terminal and second wire (White and Black) to the 0V terminal
The sensors can be placed up to 180 meters from the main unit with an ordinary two-wire cable.

2.1.2 Humidity sensors
HUM is used for humidity sensor. Use a three wire cable. Brown to +V terminal,
White to HUM terminal. and Green to 0V terminal
The sensors can be placed up to 180 meters from the main unit with an ordinary three-wire cable.

2.2 Analog Output Connections


2.2.1 Analog Output 1 is used for the variable speed fan inverter (0-10VDC). Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire to INV terminal and second wire to the 0V. terminal.
2.2.2Analog Output 2 is used for the Dimmer Light or variable speed fan 2 (0-10VDC) see code 78.
Use a two wire cable. Connect one wire to DIM terminal and second wire to the 0 V. terminal.
2.3 Digital Input Connections
2.3.1 X1 is used for the water meter dry contact signal. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire to X1 terminal and the seconds wire to CM1 terminal.
The signal from the water meter should be wired in such a way that when the water meter sends a pulse
( 1 pulse per 10 Liters), the dry contact will be in a normally closed state (shorted).
( See Water meter wiring diagram page 40)

2.3.2 X2 is used for the Feed counter dry contact signal. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire to X2 and The second wire to CM1.
The signal from Feed counter should be wired in such a way that when the feed counter send a pulse
( 1 pulse user can set weight kilogram or by time user can set in 10 second by kilogram),
the dry contact will be in a normally closed state (shorted). ( See Feed counter wiring diagram page 40)
2.3.3 X3 is used for the Curtain control feedback dry contact signal. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire to X3 and The second wire to CM2.
The signal from Curtain control feedback should be wired in such a way that when the curtain moves,
the dry contact will be in a normally closed state (shorted). ( See Curtain control wiring diagram page 40)
2.3.4 X4 is used for the Inlet control feedback dry contact signal. Use a two wire cable.
Connect one wire to X4 and The second wire to CM2.
The signal from Inlet control feedback should be wired in such a way that when the Inlet moves,
the dry contact will be in a normally closed state (shorted). ( See Inlet control wiring diagram page 40)
3. Connect the relay’s outputs to the various systems. All outputs are dry contacts, maximum 4 Amp/220V
(see drawing page 36 -39) Note that there is no breaker (fuse) inside and it must be installed externally.

2. OPERATION
The Temp R-Tron 612 will display the average temperature of the connected in house temperature sensors.
It is possible to display each sensor separately.
Turn on power.
1. Each time power is connected to the unit “2.2” will appear on the right display. This number is version number,
and the controller will count down for Delay System ( Code82 ) normally is 3 seconds.
2. The left red display indicates the indoor temperature. The center green display shows the indoor humidity.
and the right red display shows the code.
3. To display temperature, Press on button “ 1 ”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display shows present temperature of sensor 1.
If user want to calibrate temperature sensor 1 Press “Enter”
The left red display shows flashing indicates “ 0 “ and the center green display shows 
User must key user password (3digit). If have not password. key “ 0 ” three time.
The left red display shows flashing present temperature. User can key new temperature value and press “Enter”.
New temperature will be updated. Press “Next”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display show temperature of sensor 2.
If user want to calibrate temperature sensor 2. please following the process same  Then press “Next”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display show temperature of sensor 3.
If user want to calibrate temperature sensor 3. Please following the process same  Then press “Next”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display show temperature of sensor 4.
If user want to calibrate temperature sensor 4. Please following the process same 
4. To display humidity, Press on button “ 2 ”
The right red display shows “” the center green display show humidity
If user want to calibrate humidity sensor. Please following the process same 
5. To display percentage of Speed Fan (0-100%), Press on button “ 3 ”
The right red display shows “” the left red display show for percentage of Speed Fan (0-100%)
6. To display percentage of Dimmable Light (0-100%), Press on button “ 4 ”
The red right display shows “ ” the left red display show for Dimmable Light (0-100%)
7. To display percentage of Curtain (0-100%), Press on button “ 5 ”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display show for percentage of Curtain (0-100%)

If user want to calibrate Curtain timing Press “Enter”
The left red display shows flashing indicates “ 0 “ and the center green display shows 
User must key user password (3digit). If have not password. key “ 0 ” three time.
Then key “1” for confirm to calibrate Curtain timing and press “Enter”
The left red display shows  The controller will close the curtain until 0 % then will count timer from
curtain close to curtain open 100%. If controller finished calibration then it will open at position of control.
Before calibration please check code 55 for choose output type 2 or 4
8. To display percentage of Inlet (0-100%) , Press on button “ 6 ”
The right red display shows “” the left red display show for percentage of Inlet (0-100%)
If User wants calibrate Inlet timing Press “Enter”. Please following the process same curtain.
Before calibration please check code 55 for choose output type 3 or 4
9. To display Total water consumption and Total Feed consumption, Press on button “ 7 ”
The Left red display The center green display Water consumption
Example :   
Total water consumption 012580(Pulse) X 10 liter(1 Pulse=10Liter) = 125,800 Liter
Press “Next”
The Left red display The center green display Feed consumption
Example :   
Total Feed consumption 074693(Pulse) X 10 Kg.(1 Pulse=10Kg.) = 746,930 Kg.
10. To display water consumption in today and Total Feed consumption in today, Press on button “ 8 ”
The right red display shows “” the left red display and center green display shows for
water consumption in today. Press “Next”
The right red display shows “ ” the left red display and center green display shows for
feed consumption in today.

11. To display Alarm Even, Press on button “ 9 ”

3. READING SET POINT


It is possible to read all the information on the Temp R-Tron 612 display.
The right red display indicates the function code. The left red display shows the set point for each function code.
Each function code has a set point. (see menu on the front panel)
By pressing on the “Code” button, the Code number display on the right side of the panel will show ”00”
(Required Fan Temp). The preset information will appear on the data display on the left side of the panel.
Example:
If you would like to see function code 01; Press on the “Code” button then Press on “01” On the function display will
appear 01 and on the data display will appear the information. If you would like to see next function no.02; press on the
“Next” button or press on “02”On the function display will appear 02 and on the data display will appear the information.
Some functions have more information in one code
Example:
Press on the “Code” button then press on “31”. On the function display will appear “31” and on the data display will appear
the information. If you would like to see next function; Press on the “Next” button or press on “d2” (Function 31-d2)
On the function display will appear d2 and on the data display will appear the information.

4. CHANGE OF SET POINT
It is possible to change each set point.
1. Go into the desired function as explained above.
2. Press on “Enter” button. The function display will start to flash.
3. Use the keyboard to enter the desired data. The new data will appear on the data display.
4. Check the display to see if the information is correct. If yes, press on the “Enter” button again. The function
display will stop flashing to indicate that the new information has been stored into the unit’s memory.
5. SET POINTS
Function
00. Required Fan Temp
The required fan temperature is the requested fan temperature for the house. All set points (except the Required Heat Temp
and Required Cool Temp set point) are set as a differential above or below the required fan temperature.
The required fan temperature will be reduced daily according to the stage table (see hidden Code 31 T-Curve)
01. Fan1
Fan 1 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 1 will operate nonstop.
Fan group 1 alone may be used as a minimum ventilation fan group or it may be used together in a rotating manner together
with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
02. Fan2
Fan 2 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 2 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
03. Fan3
Fan 3 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 3 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
04. Fan4 or Spray
See code 79 for select Fan4 mode or Spray mode before setting.
Fan 4 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 4 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
Spray set point is the humidity differential below the required Humidity off cooling pump curve (code 47)
If humidity in the house is lower than set point of humidity differential. Spray will On and Off until reach the set point.

05. Fan5
Fan 5 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 5 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
06. Fan6
Fan 6 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 6 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.)
07. Fan7
Fan 7 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 7 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.).
08. Fan8
Fan 8 set point is the temperature differential above the required fan temperature at which time fan 8 will operate nonstop.
it may be used together in a rotating manner together with the other 8 fan groups (see Code 61 Select Fan Vent.)..
09. Fan On Time
Fan on time is set in minutes and seconds (0.1=10sec. / 0.2=20sec./ 0.3=30sec./0.4=40sec./0.5=50sec.)
This is the length of time the minimum ventilation fans will run during minimum ventilation cycle.
Example: Fan On Time = 1.3This means fan will be on 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Fan On Time = 2.5 This means fan will be on 2 minutes and 50 seconds.
Fan on time is possible to set a required on a table automatically as stage 1-8 (    )
The day stage is use same as Fan stage.
10. Fan Off Time
Fan off time is set in minutes and seconds (0.1=10sec. / 0.2=20sec./ 0.3=30sec./0.4=40sec./0.5=50sec.)
This is the length of time the minimum ventilation fans will be off during minimum ventilation cycle.
The Fan LED will be flashing during off time period.
Example: Fan Off Time = 5.2 This is mean fan will be off 5 minutes and 20 seconds.
Fan Off Time = 4.1 This is mean fan will be on 4 minutes and 10 seconds.
Fan Off time is possible to set a required on a table automatically as stage 1-8 (    )
The day stage is use same as Fan stage.
11. Fan Humidity Set
Fan humidity set is set in percentage. If the humidity reading in the house reaches the set humidity as set here, the unit
will automatically reduce require fan temperature 1C down then the unit will open more fan group.
Note: Fan Humidity Set = 0 It means off this function. Maximum reduce require fan temperature = 3 C

If the current average temperature in the house is 30°C or less, then the unit will be working in the minimum
ventilation mode.
Fan 1 will be working in minimum ventilation cycle. Fan 1will be run 2 minute 30 seconds and be off
5 minutes (Code 09 and 10)
If the temperature reaches 31°C (Code 00 + Code 01). Fan 1 will be run continuously. The unit will no
longer be in the minimum ventilation cycle.
When the temperature reaches 32°C (Code 00 + Code 02). Fan 2 will be start. Now both Fans 1 and Fan 2 will be
operating nonstop.
This procedure will continue with Fan 3, 4 and 5 as the temperature raises. The reverse procedure will
apply when the temperature starts to drop.
12. Required Heat Temp
The required heat temperature is the requested heat temperature for the house.
The required heat temperature will be reduced daily according to the stage table (see hidden Code 32H-Curve)
13. Required Cool Temp
The required cool temperature is the requested cool temperature for the house.
The required cool temperature will be reduced daily according to the stage table (see hidden Code 33C-Curve)
14. Humidity Off Cooling Pump
Humidity off cooling pump set is set for high humidity cut off cooling pump. If humidity reading in the house reaches the
set high humidity as set here, the unit will automatically cut off cooling pump. If humidity reduced as below diff humidity
set point (see Code 37). The cooling pump will come back to operate.
15. Cool ON Time
This is the cooling pump ON time period, set in minutes and seconds,
(0.1=10sec. / 0.2=20sec./ 0.3=30sec./0.4=40sec./0.5=50sec.)which the cooling system will run.
16. Cool OFF Time
This is the cooling pump off time period, set in minutes and seconds,
(0.1=10sec. / 0.2=20sec./ 0.3=30sec./0.4=40sec./0.5=50sec.)which the cooling system will be off during the cooling system
cycle.The Cool LED will be flashing during off time period.

If the house temperature reaches 30oC the cooling system will be start to operate. The cooling system will be run for
2 minutes and 10 seconds (code 15), and be off for 4 minutes and 20 seconds (code 16)
If humidity reading in the house reaches 80% the cooling system will be off. If humidity reduced as 78%
(see Code 37). The cooling pump will be come back to operate.
17. High Temp Alarm and Different High Temp Alarm
High Temp Alarm is set point the high temperature alarm. If the house temperature reaches to set point then the
Alarm relay will be activated.
Different High Temp Alarm is set point high temperature differential above the required fan temperature (code 00).
18. Low Temp Alarm and Different Low Temp Alarm
Low Temp Alarm is set point the low temperature alarm. If the house temperature reduced to set point then the
Alarm relay will be activated.
Different Low Temp Alarm is set point low temperature differential reduce the required fan temperature (code 00).
19. High Humidity Alarm and Different High Humidity Alarm
High Humidity Alarm is set point the high humidity alarm. If the house humidity reaches to set point then the
Alarm relay will be activated.
Different High Humidity Alarm is set point high humidity differential above the required humidity (code 47).
20. Growth Days
This is the current grow day of the flock. At the beginning of the flock enter 0 here
The required fan temperature (code 00) will automatically receive the value as entered in Growth day 0.
21. Data Recording

 : Minimum Temperature Inside House Today with time recoding.
 : Maximum Temperature Outside House Today with time recoding.

It is set point for lower outside temperature for compensation min. percentage (code 30) of minimum ventilation.
30. Minimum percentage for compensation time on-off minimum ventilation
It is set point of minimum percentage for compensation time on-off minimum ventilation at lower outside temperature

66. Feed Mode
It is set point of feed mode. The controller can measure feed consumption in 2 ways
Select 0 = feed measure by time. The controller will receive a dry contact (Feed digital input) and converting time
into amount.
Select 1 = feed measure by pulse. The controller will receive a dry contact pulse (Feed digital input) from a weighing
machine. Each pulse represents a preset amount of feed.
