BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESOLUTION TO GIVE DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY DUES

Upon a motion duly made and unanimously carried, it was:

RESOLVED, that the officers of this corporation be authorized and directed to give the following
discount on monthly dues.

1. Delinquent homeowner provided he/she will submit proof of hardship/ circumstances and
explain as much detail as possible.
2. OFW affected by the pandemic and unoccupied home proof of billing attached.
3. 10 % discount incentive for homeowners who pays their monthly dues for one year or on a per
annum basis.

As you may know, the circumstances of the global pandemic have heavily impacted everyone and
created a financial crisis for many.

The undersigned hereby certifies that she is the duly elected and qualified Secretary and the custodian
of the books and records and seal of Solana Country Homes Homeowners Association a corporation duly
formed pursuant to the laws of Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development that the
foregoing is a true record of a resolution duly adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors and that
said meeting was held in accordance with the Bylaws of the Association on January 30,2021 and that
said resolution is now in full force and effect without modification or rescission.
