Kaushlendra Kumar, Sri Shiv Kumar Gunjan and Sri Gaurav Kumar all S/o Sri Ram Niranjan
Singh vide Sale Deed no. 59 dated 11.10.2009.
Thereafter the said Sri Kaushlendra Kumar, Sri Shiv Kumar Gunjan and Sri Gaurav Kumar all
S/o Sri Ram Niranjan Singh granted the aforesaid Property as Power of Attorney to his father Sri
Ram Niranjan Singh S/o Late Ramdev Prasad Singh vide power of attorney no. 40 dated
11.02.2017.
After that the aforesaid property was sold by Sri Ram Niranjan Singh to Shri Ajay Kumar
Dhandariya S/o Shri Aatma Ram Dhandariya vide Sale deed no.9124 dated 30.05.2019.
We are of the opinion that aforesaid property is enforceable under SARFAESI Act.
The Property situated at Mauza- Patiyasa, P.S- Ahiyapur, Thana no- 648, Khata no- 709, Khesra
no.- 1802 & 1803, Anchal- Bocha, Jamabandi no.- 1367 and 1665, Sub-registry- Muzzafarpur,
District – Muzzafarpur, area – 18 dismil in the name of Shri Ajay Kumar Dhandariya S/o Shri
Aatma Ram Dhandariya.
(i) Original non encumbrance certificate no. _____ dated _________
(ii) Yes the lawyer has visited personally before Registry office. The encumbrance has been
conducted for 30 years by Registry- Muzzafarpur & Sub-Registry- Muzzafarpur.
(iii) There is no encumbrance found of the concerned property.
