 Operating Instructions for Vacuum Oven

Introduction:

Designed for drying and other applications in Quality

control Laboratories in various Industries like Steel,

Cement, Fertilizer, Chemical and many more Industries

including Research Laboratories.

The apparatus has inner chamber stainless steel with

removable shelves of stainless steel. Temperature range

ambient to 400 deg.

Temperature control through best quality Digital

Microprocessor based temperature controller

Heating elements Nichrome / Kanthal which are renowned

for best performance and suitable for high temperature

Furnace and Ovens.

Neon indicators indicate Main ON / OFF & every function

of operating even Blower, Heating Elements, and Switches.

Switches on Front Panel for AC main supply Input and

another for ON / OFF of Blower.

Procedure

1. Place apparatus at Suitable Place

2. Connect Power Supply to machine

3. Place sample to be heated in dryer

4. Connect Vacuum pump to Unit

5. Switch on Vacuum Pump and attain desired Vacuum.

6. Switch off Vacuum Pump

7. 4. Switch on supply on Front Panel

8. 5. Set Desired temperature on Temp Controller.

9. When desired temp. is attained machine will

automatically cut of heater supply.

10. When process is completed switch off machine.
