I, Sakshi Shrivastava, am a third-year student at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. I am aware

available.
I have consistently maintained a 6.13/7.00 CGPA, with a 7/135 Batch Rank, and have actively
participated in various moot competitions. Additionally, I have pursued 2 courses in the field of Corporate
& Commercial Laws and 3 courses in Intellectual Property Laws. Furthermore, through the gamut of work
experience and past internships, I have been reading and researching extensively in Corporate Laws,
Competition Laws and M&A regime.

I interned with Finology Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in the month of August as a Legal Content Creator,
wherein I authored multiple legal blogs including an article about Merger Control Regime in India and Section
5 of Competition Act. I also interned at Prime Legem, Mumbai, wherein I worked extensively in
Corporate Advisory and Compliances for various projects of client corporations, drafted commercial and
litigation documents such as Lease Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and have written articles on
Competition Law vis-a-vis IPR, Force Majeure Clause and its relevance in COVID-19 as well as MSME Pre-
Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process, 2021. Further, At my internship with Lexport Advocates and
Consultants, I took part in a Due Diligence under Corporate & Commercial Team.
I have also interned at Aeson Legal, Mumbai, where I worked with one of the Partners on recent
developments in labor legislations as well as Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923. Lastly, working under
the guidance of Former High Court Justice of Chhattisgarh, Mr. CB Bajpai, in SCDRC I prepared
case-briefs and researched a multitude of legal questions regarding Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Through the gamut of work experience and skills I have gathered, I am confident to be fit for an internship
at your office and be a valuable asset to the team. Through this internship, I shall strive to work in a
manner so as to be an asset by aligning my goals with that of the office.
