Description Enterprise resource planning tool helps companies to plan, account, and run key business functions
under one roof. The project concentrates on support functions such as resolving the errors and
issues faced by the business users in their day-to-day business activities through ERP tool.
Contribution in
BASF  Initially handled background job monitoring and Batch job incidents.
 Performed IMG customization in areas related to SAP SD and MM, creating new
customers/vendors, maintaining various functional tables and also configured new
Plants/Storage Location as per client business requirement.
 Worked in Idoc related incidents which comprises from the order to Invoice in an OTC cycle.
 Worked on issues related to the cause for IDOC posting failures.
 Communicate clear explanations regarding the possible cause for the failure of posting of
IDOCs so the related business team may take necessary actions.

module.
