There might be the possibility that the boss section A, B of the cassette right guide (No.1) gets whitened or
broken. Therefore, the shape of the boss section A, B is changed. If the boss section A, B are broken, the bottom
plate does not go up at the primary feeding and there might be the possibility to occur service call error C1010
(Lift motor error).

When installing the fuser unit again, follow the following

While inserting the connector wire (white wire and detection switch
white/gray wire) through the hole of the machine right
frame, and fitting the paper size detection switch at the
cassette right guide side in the cutout section of the right Connector wire
frame front side, and attach the new cassette right guide
(new cassette right guide of the procedure No.18)
(4 positions of hooks + 4 screws to fix: 3 screws of the right
19 frame which was removed at the procedure 16 and 1 screw
removed at the procedure 18. 2 screws are fixed together
