Please tell me about your self!
Let me introduce my self, I'm Tanti
Febriana. During 3 years of studying at
Bahrul Ulum High School, I have a high
passion in finance and business. When I
was in school, I managed to win several
business competitions and was active in
school organizations. Besides that, I also
managed to develop my own online shop
business. On the other hand, I also stay
focused on learning activities at school
so that I can graduate with good
achievements.
I also like to learn new things and adapt
quickly. I think I am capable and suitable
to contribute to this company.

what makes you different from other
applicants, and why should we accept
you to work here?
I understand that the ability to operate
financial software by computers, report
analysis competence that mentioned
several times in the job description and
also it is the thing that needed in this
position. this is my excess that I 've been
developed since school.
I have the ability needed in this position,
especially in terms of creating, checking
and filling financial document reports.
careering in this field has been my
passion since school. I will give my best if
I can join in this position

How much salary do you want?
I certainly want to be able to get a suitable
salary. But can we discuss in more detail
about this position, in order to get a clearer
illustration of the work to be done. If seeing
my competence and ability, I applied for
compensation in the range of IDR
3,000,000 until 5,000,000, hopefully it can
be considered.

What are your plans in the next 5 years
My focus on the next 1-2 years is to really
explore this field of work so that on 2-3
years after that I can bear on more
responsibilities.
I have great interest especially in this
company and future potential. and I think
this company is the right place to create
that happen because there are company
values that continue to motivate
employees to develop their abilities.

Are you majoring in information systems?

optimistic?
Yes sir/ms
I'm not an accounting student, but I have a
big passion in this field and have a vision
for a career as an accountant in the future.
since school until now I have managed to
develop my own online shop business. In
addition, I'm also joined in an organization
on campus that supports the students to
develop their skills about financial system. I
believe it can give the additional skills that I
need in finance. My information system
background can also be a plus. This is in
field with the company's values that
support diversity and motivate employees
to continue learning.

You already have income from an online
shop business. why do you still want to
work?
I do not mean to be greedy or do not want
to share with others. I want to develop my
skills in this field so that I can adapt and
follow up global economic developments in
the future
