Dear Secretary Briones,

Warm Greetings from the National Academy of Sports!

During the meeting of the NAS Board of Trustees held last April 5, 2021, the members of the Board agreed
to conduct a contest to find the best NAS logo and school hymn. This was spurred b the Board s desire
to encourage participation from the communit in creativel designing NAS Vision and Mission and Core
Values into a branding logo and hymn. The contests will be open to the public.

In line with this, may we respectfully request assistance from your good office by issuing a memorandum
to cascade information of our logo and school hymn composition contests to the regions. This will be an
addition to the other platforms where NAS will be posting the same.

Through your support, we believe that we will be able to reach more participants from the general public
and offer a meaningful way for them to showcase their innovation and creativity. This will also serve as a
great avenue to offer financial assistance to the winners in partnership with the Philippine Sports
Commission (PSC).

Thank you and we look forward to your favorable response.

Very truly yours,
