HOW TO QUIT PLAYING GAMES?

Playing games is not too good but also not too bad. Playing video game
which helps us reduce stresses, improve hand–eye coordination, problem-solving
skills and the mind's ability to process information. But if we play too much,
it may cause problems because you have to invest money, time and possibly health.
It's hard to get enough active play and exercise if you're always
inside playing video games, addicted to it. We should reduce the amount of time
spent on playing games, quit playing games step-by-step. First, think about what
will happen in your future if you just focus on playing games like this. Playing
games is just a hobby, you cannot earn money from it unless you are a pro-gamer.
Once you know clearly about this, you will do something different to be better.
Second, keep yourself busy such as focus on your work, your family. Repair things
around the house or your car or you can make a detailed plan or schedule. Make a
list what you should do for every specific time to forget the feeling want to play
games inside you. The more activities you have to do, the more you can reduce the
addiction to games. Last but not least, shift your interest. Try to find something
that is more interesting than games, then pay attention to it. For instance, you get to
read some good books or just start a workout routine. It can work, but it takes a
while, just don’t get back to your old habits again. In a word, there is nothing we
cannot do if you try your best, focus on it. Those are steps that can help you to quit
playing games gradually. Just take your time, so does the attention and interest in
playing games will be lost.
