BY THIS DEED, I the undersigned PAUL TAN, (holder of

NRIC No S1206953/G) of Apt Blk 658 Woodlands Ring Road, #02-122,

Singapore 730658, do hereby renounce and abandon the use of my former
name of TAN BOON HUA and in lieu thereof assume and adopt as from the
date hereof the name of PAUL TAN.

AND lN PURSUANCE of such change of name as aforesaid, I

HEREBY DECLARE that I shall at all times hereafter in all records deeds and
instruments in writing and in all actions and proceedings and in all dealings
and transactions and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the said
name of PAUL TAN as aforesaid AND I HEREBY AUTHORISE AND
REQUEST all persons to designate and address me by such assumed name
of PAUL TAN only.
