Introduction

Ravian School System is a registered school system with a registered Trade Mark
name & logo. The basic purpose behind Ravian School System is to produce students
having skills and education of modern day to day life with Islamic education and
practices. We want to educate our students' the Islamic education, value education
and modern education by which our students can become responsible, groomed and
successful citizens of Pakistan. We will give regular academic and administrative
support to our Network Associates. Centralized school operations and procedures,
policies, curriculum, scheme of work, lesson plans, resources and teachers training,
examination papers, activity calendars. We will help our Network Associates to
improve their strengths through a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation

Uniform/Books
Detail of school uniform is available in
school. A list of uniform suppliers is
provided at the time of admission.
Textbooks are available at bookshops
prescribed by the school.

Registration and Admission

Candidate has to appear in admission test

followed by an interview if the test is
qualified. Admission process begins with
registration which is non-refundable.
Admission is based on merit availability of
seats and sibling preference.

Fee rules and regulations

1. Tuition fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Security fee is charged other than tuition fee which is refundable at the time
of withdrawal.
3. Fee for the one month is charged at the time of admission.
4. Fee challans are issued by 25th of each month prior to the billing month.
5. Fee bills are usually sent to the parents through their child. It is the parent’s
responsibility to check with the account office in case the bill has not been
received by the 5th of billing month.

6. Late payment fines are payable without any concession.

Please note that not receiving fee bill will not be considered as a reason for
delayed payments.
7. Incase fee bill is lost/misplaced , Rs. 50/- will be charged to prepare a
duplicate fee Bill.
8. In case of withdrawal a written application must reach the office at least one
month before the leaving date.
9. Tuition fee will be increased annually.

School Discipline
1. Be in proper school uniform at required times.
2. No gum chewing or gum in possession at any time.
3. All students must pay for damaged or lost property (both school and personal).
4. Remember and follow all other rules important enough to be stated by your
teacher.
5. 80 percent attendance in each class is required to be promoted to next grade,
6. Medical leave is only allowed if parents have sent a valid and up to date medical
certificate.
7. Short leave is permitted only in case of emergency on a signed application by the
parents. 8. Students should be obedient and punctual.
9. Behave nicely to all in and outside school.
10. Wear school uniform and appear in a manner that meets reasonable standard of
health, cleanliness and safety.
