Warning:
(1) Be sure that there is no electricity prior to any electric wiring.
(2) The electric elements to be used shall comply with the national and local standards and keep
each connection secure.
(3) The air conditioner shall be grounded reliably through the allowable ground wire but never
the gas line, water pipe, lightning rod or communication line.
(4) Use 16A socket and TVVBG 8*0.75mm²flat cable.

3. Installation
3.1 Selection Principle Of Air Inlet And Outlet
(1) No block in front of the air inlet and outlet.
(2) Cool supply air will be sent into the car freely, and the loss of cool air should be kept as less
as possible.
(3) Air outlet should be far away from the car wall as far as possible to avoid sweating.
(4) Be sure that the air inside the car can be easily drawn back into the air conditioner.
(5) Air inlet and outlet should be separated to avoid cold air being suctioned directly into air inlet.
3.2 Selection Of Air Conditioner’s Installation Place
(1) Install through beam to lower the noise because of vibration.
(2) Horizontally install to avoid overflow of condensing water.
(3) Adequate space for air suction and air distribution during operation of air conditioner.

5. Maintenance
Please clean and maintain the air conditioner periodically to keep it run reliably and extend its
service life. Special attention should be drawn to the key components.
5.1 Importance of Maintenance
5
(1) Condenser
As dust accumulated on the fins of the condenser will affect the heat exchange efficiency and
raise the pressure at the high side, it is necessary to check and clean them.
(2) Evaporator
As dust accumulated on the fins of the evaporator will reduce the air flow and lower the cooling
capacity, it is necessary to clean them based on the actual condition.
(3) Filter Screen
As dust accumulated on the filter screen will reduce the air flow and lower the cooling capacity, it
is necessary to clean it frequently.
5.2 Maintenance Items
Maintenance Items
Is the air inlet or outlet clogged?
Are the air supply pipe and the air return pipe tightened
securely?
Is the air duct connected to the car top securely?
Maintenance before Seasonal Operation Is the power cable loosened?
Is the surface of fins accumulated with heavy dust or
stains? If so, the heat exchange efficiency will be
affected. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the fins
by the skilled service person.
Dust from the elevator shaft is likely to attach on the
filter screen, which will reduce the return air flow and
cooling capacity. Therefore, it is suggested to clean the
filter frequently. Once every week is preferred.
Maintenance in Seasonal Operation The filter screen is allowed to be cleaned by the
vacuum cleaner or by rinsing. If the filter screen is quite
dirty, use the lukewarm (lower than 30℃ ) neutral
detergent and dry it in shade.

Remark:
Mobile phone can cause air conditioner misoperation. In the event of this kind of phenomenon,
please unplug the power plug in a few seconds and then plug in, then restart the air conditioner.
When encounter thunderstorm weather, please disconnect the power switch, or lightning can
damage the unit.
6.2 Disposal Of Abnormal Phenomena
If above problems can’t be solved, or some following phenomenons occur, please turn off the
elevator air conditioner and cut off the power supply, then contact supplier.
(1) Running indicator light t blinks quickly, remote control show “E”. The light still blinks after shut
off power supply and restart.
(2) Fuse is burnt frequently or circuit breaks frequently.
(3) Other abnormal phenomenons.
6.3 Non-fault Phenomena
(1) Don't run immediately: the system doesn’t start running after turn on the unit, but if the
indicator light is on, it means air conditioner is normal. In case of overload, the controller has 3
minutes start-up delay protection function, the unit will run after 3 minutes.
(2) The system sound is conspicuous when the air conditioner start running, then it tends to be
normal gradually. This is the sound from plastic parts heat-expansion and cold-contraction; There is
transitory sound after turn off the unit, this is the sound from refrigerant stop flowing or change the
rate of flow. All of these sounds are normal phenomenon.
(3) Blow out dust: if the air conditioner is not be used in long time, the dust in air conditioner will
be blown out when the unit is used at the first time.
