- We have excuse to not get physically active, snce we cam use any home equipments.

- Exercises should be done daily, since we can all do a little improvising when it cmes to
facilities that will accomodate our adventurefo physical activity.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED:

A. ETIQUETTE- Defined as the conduct or procedure required by good breeding to be observed


in social or offical life. It is also defines as a set of customs and rules for polite behavior.

B. SPORTMANSHIP- Is a conduct ( such fairness, respect and grciousness in winning or


losing ) becoming to one participating in sport . It is playing by the rules and principles and using
sports etiquette.
WHAT I CAN DO:

1. PYLONS- equips your needs in exercises that helps in developing movement skills.

2. RECREATION CENTER- caters the public for different purposes, this heldmeetings and
serve as setting for playing sports.

3. HULA HOOPS- equips exercises that are for coorination, balace, mobility, kicking, hand/eye
coordination.

4. COVEED COURT- used in playing basketball, and can be used to so a certain athletic games
as well, such as volleyball and tennis.

5. DUMBELLS- helps you in doing exercises that build stronger muscles.

- Facilities and equipments helps people in engaing different physical activities. This will
allow them to be guided and enhance their activities.
