IV. Course Description:


The course guides the BSE Social Studies students in going through
the basic research processes. It emphasizes on how to properly write the
parts of the research proposal paper (Introduction, Review of Related
Literature and Studies, and Methodology), the questionnaire and
bibliography. it will equip the students with skills to conduct research,
and to defend successfully their outputs

V. Learning Outcomes
• Gain an innovative understanding on the basic research processes;
different research, methodologies and techniques for studying the
various issues and problems in social science;
• Apply the different research processes in constructing a basic research
proposal;
• Develop their writing skills for national and international context;
• Effective and confident communicators through presenting their ideas
and research proposals articulately and excellently in a range of written
and oral formats to the panel of examiners
