Dear Parent,
This letter is written is written to inform you of an event which the Cricket Stars Cricket Club is
hosting. The first members of this club were very triumphant in their career as cricketers and as
such they would like to give back to the public. They all decided to host a cricket competition
involving team members and children from the entire coast. The event will be hosted on the 20th
December, 2020. As you are aware your child is a part of this club hence we seek permission for
your child to be involved In the Cricket Competition showdown. If you agree to our proposal we
would also like fro you child to spend a night before the event as we will carry out some training
and practice exercises to prepare them for the following day. We will provide meals and a
sleeping and showering facility for their night’s stay.
In regards to hosting an event at the ground we are kindly asking if you can donate a contribution
towards our event. The contributions can be in the form of monetary, physical assistance or
catering of food for the members on the event day. If you are willing to contribute kindly full out
the tear off slip and return it to us. Thank You for your cooperation.
