    The SLO Swim Center offers various lap swim, therapy pool, and family recreational swim hours throughout the week in September and October. Lap swim is offered early mornings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Olympic pool and afternoons/evenings on Tuesday and Thursday in either the Olympic or therapy pools. The therapy pool is reserved for adults on Sundays and offers Aqua Pilates classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Family recreational swim is available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the therapy pool. The swim center also provides multiple aquatic exercise classes and passes can be purchased for daily admission or 30 day access.

    AM lap swim is configured to 50-meter length on Mon, Wed, Fri. Afternoon and PM lap swim is configured to 25-yard length. Lap swim at 2:00 pm will be
    located in the shallow section of the Olympic Pool - 8 lanes available.

    The deep section of the therapy pool is reserved for adult use only from 11:30 - 1:20 pm. On Tuesday and Thursday from 12:40 - 1:30 pm, an Aqua Pilates
    class will be held in the deep section of the therapy pool.
