Comment: Great job on these reflections Redacted. You have used the collaboration skills really well which show you have a comprehensive understanding on which
the skills required to work in a team and how these are implemented in practice. You have also included some great examples to show your points and justify what
why each element was either a strength or a weakness. Outlining some more specific ways of how exactly you could improve upon some of the collaboration skills
would have really supported your reflections. You have identified the skills which need improvement and provided some idea on how this could be done, but
forgotten to include the practical steps to achieve those goals. Overall great job on these reflections.
