performance of personnel assigned to the store. Monitoring stocks & consumption patterns,
overseeing receipts & issues from fresh, inter-branch, outside printer & outside rewinding stocks.
- Planning physical layout of warehouse for storage of materials, finished goods & consumables
and ensuring smooth accounting, issue of material based on FIFO method.
- Monitoring receipts of raw, packing and miscellaneous material. Preparation of GRNs, storage of
materials.

department for receipt, checking and clarification of all incoming sales/ purchase orders.

Vendor and Category Management


- Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for localization, reduction in delivery time
and improving consistency in quality & competition among vendors.
- Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality systems,
