Thanks for your response. However, I regret to inform you that it reflects poor understanding to my case and false
assumptions that you made sir without looking at my previous conversations with your customer support staff, attached
is the transcripts that were sent by ebay.

Now I can see the whole mechanism that caused this situation, and how your system work. What caused these
limitations on my buying ability is mainly the item number: 353500797556.

Well, let me explain the situation:

1- I enter an auction and won this item.


2- Shipment charge is not declared by seller
3- I could not proceed with payment due to that, attached you can see evidence.
4- I sent request for total charge three to four time, you can see my emails to seller and the history of that,
attached are screenshots.
5- Seller did not response, causing damage to my credibility and buying ability and also caused you to write me the
long email that was on a false ground.
6- Ebay failed to take action against the seller
7- Ebay customer representative asked me to wait promising to contact seller to sort this out.
8- Now, that you have failed to act on this properly, I will just cancel the item which is not fair as it is the seller who
did not commit to sending me the invoive.

After all, I been using many shopping website such as amazon, Aliexpress and others, I am new to activating using my
account on eby, but sorry to say, you got many areas of improvement to provide customers with the support they
deserve.
Attached are evidence of everything I said, and I think you got the homework to go through things carefully before
writing an email to a customer as well as you really need to take action against the seller.
