Learning Task #3

Assessment Task:
Holds and Positions in Ballroom Dancing

Task Objectives:
1. Demonstrate the holds and position in ballroom dancing.
2. Demonstrate the positions with confidence, grace, and poise.

Materials Needed:
 Smart Phone / Any gadget with camera.
 Comfortable space at home.

Task Direction:
1. Students will individually demonstrate the 15 holds and positions in ballroom
dancing.
2. Students will be paired with a family member.
3. The student will picture himself or herself while performing / demonstrating the
positions.
4. The pictures will be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) file, or in a
slideshow (video) presentation with label / description.
5. The pair (student and 1 family member) will be wearing facemask for safety
purposes.
6. Output must be submitted on the date set by the instructor.
7. Proper Sanitation before and after the shoot must be done.
8. Students must adhere with the rubrics for proper guidance in grading given below:
