Unit 1 Assignment
Question-
Think and write about a problem you are facing right now Using
the Decision Making Wheel, make a decision for solving your
problem. NOTE: Allow ten minutes to resolve the assigned
situation. Invite participants to share their process and the
decisions they came up with.
Answer:

Problem:
The problem which I’m currently facing is related to my career. As the
lockdown is extending I'm getting worried about my future. How will I be
able to get placements? As all the studies are going online students are not
getting the practical knowledge. This is affecting the Students learning
process. Government is promoting the students in higher classes without
appearing in the exams. This is affecting the students. This is my 4 sem in
the BBA program and then in 5 sem we have to do internships. How can one
get an internship in a company physically? Doing an internship online is not
a solution. There is a huge difference in online and offline internships.
Without any experience companies also do not select any candidate during
the interviews.

Choices:
There are 3 choices which I can take
1. Getting worried, doing nothing and bleming the situation- this is a
choice that most of the students are doing now.
2. Start Learning new skills and gaining knowledge and exploring other
fields so that I can be different from others.
3. Starting my own business online and starting earning so that I don’t
have to worry about the jobs and placements.

Consequences:

If I chose the first choice then the consequences of this will not be bearable
for me. I’ll have to suffer for my life to get a job and have to spend my life
regretting that I was not able to make decisions about my own life.
The second and third choice are much better than the first one. If I choose
the second and third choice then I can learn new skills, I can explore new
things, new ways to make money online and can stand apart from the crowd
with my skills set and knowledge.

Values

When I was in +2 I read a book named Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book
changed my perspective of looking towards things. I was highly influenced
by Robert Kiyosaki's thinking, the way he looked towards the situation, his
mind, his actions. That was the time when I decided to drop out from
science and pursue Business management for my higher studies. And now
I’m very happy that I have taken that decision earlier. The values that
describe me the most are I’m very Ambitious, I like to take challenges, I’m
committed towards my goals, I like to take risks, positive thinking,
Professionalism,Growth,Happiness, Hard Work. I feel very proud of my
values and this makes me feel good about myself.

Feelings

Thinking about current situations makes me feel worried more about my

future. But when I think about my passion, to find new skills and learn new
things it makes me feel motivated, relaxed and that I can have various other
choices that I can choose and be best in them so that to feel worry much
and let it happen. Feeling depressed or worried about the situation is not
the solution. I must work hard to find my inner passion and peace. Reading
business mindset books and watching videos makes me feel motivated, and
more dedicated towards my goals.
More Information

I started to find more information about the world’s billionaires. What do

they do? How did they reach there? What kind of business do they do? And
many more. I gathered more information through google and youtube. Read
a number of books. Then I came to know that because of this global
pandemic offline businesses are shutting down. People are using the
Internet as a source of entertainment, shopping, learning, and also for
earning from the internet. So I decided to look for a course that teaches how
to sell online or earn from online. How can we reach our desired customers
online? Then after surfing on the internet I got to know about Digital
Marketing where I can learn everything about online business and how we
can reach our customers online and for earning part I came to know about
the forex market and the cryptocurrency market.

Who can Help

Now the question comes: who can help me in my learning process?

Again I searched on google and social media about the courses and the best
mentor who can guide me throughout my journey and help me with my
problems. Then I came to know about Digital Deepak Internship course for
digital marketing and for forex I came to know about the IM mastery
academy course which teaches trading in forex market and crypto market.
Both courses need some amount of money as a fee. So the next person who
can help me here is my father. I told him about the internship and the fees
that needed to be paid.
Decision

Then I decided to first join the Digital Deepak internship program as it was
paid and after that the money which i’ll be earning through the internship i’ll
invest that money in the forex trading course.

Assess Decision

This is the best decision of my life I can take. First of all I can learn Digital
Marketing, how can I set up my presence online. I can Learn all the tools and
tactics of digital marketing, customers, everything and then I can set up my
online business like an online store from where people can buy things from
any part of the world. After completing the digital marketing internship
course I can invest the money which I’ll earn from that to the forex market
course. The Forex market is the world’s largest market with 7 trillion dollars
transactions per day. Investment in the forex market can make me earn
more money. From this my income will be in dollars and when I convert that
dollars to INR I'll get more profits.

By doing this I don’t have to worry about the job or placements as I can earn
my passive income through other sources.
