1) Preparation Week One (Placement Launch)

Learning Experience: What did you do? What did you learn from the sessions? How well do you think you
participated?
On the first day, the session began with everyone's introduction. So along with everyone I also introduced myself.
After that, the teacher gave us a short presentation on our placements and what kinds of behaviors and experiences
are welcomed in a professional setting. I learned a lot of professional terminology in the first session. Also during the
week our teacher was leading us through various minor assignments and delivered short lectures. I also learned
about what is the official method of finishing an assignment and submitting it. The most significant thing I learned this
week was how to solve professional issues. I also learned the significance of placements and how they are connected
with my degree course. The teacher also covered how to locate assignments and what to expect from companies. I
also learned my responsibilities and responsibilities towards the employer and the University throughout the
placement. I believe that I engaged quite well by expressing my expectations, asking numerous questions and
problems that may come up during understanding and placements
What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this?

During this week our teacher gave us short lectures that helped us a lot to know what kind of problems occurred. I
recall the week's very first issue when your employer assigns you suddenly double so many more tasks. I was
confused about how this issue might be resolved. On this assignment, I couldn't offer my instructor a compelling
response. I was also the first to offer a solution to a number of problems. When we speak about the whole trip of the
week, I was nervous at first and did not use my full problem-solving ability. But I progressed during the week with the
support of my teacher and my classmates. I believe that this progress is really excellent since it was my first week. I
was rather concerned about how COVID's placements would operate. The teacher informed me that almost all
positions will be taken. All in all, I felt enthusiastic about placing a placement.
What did you learn/achieve? Which employability criteria does this event impact upon? Have you changed how you
feel about your placement? If so, how? How do you want to be perceived on placement?
I have learned problem-solving abilities throughout this training week. In various employment stages or jobs, this
knowledge is important. Now I have greater confidence in how to handle issues without fear in a critical situation.
I was very confident I would refine certain abilities that I acquired in the course of my degree before enrolling in this
course but I can see, following one week of this placement, that not only I have improved my present talents. I have
learned about the professional environment that is extremely difficult to imitate to a degree. I have learned how to
portray myself during the placement and to behave. The abilities needed for empowerment were carefully addressed
and they helped me prepare for future difficulties and learning opportunities.

Reflection: How will this experience be used for your personal development? What do you need to do or know before
you start? What practical actions can you take before your placement?

I learned throughout this first week that I had to analyze the issue carefully. This is a brain exercise and I may develop
it by evaluating and resolving many issues in my own life. I would also want to enhance my communication skills since
it is important to communicate to your colleagues what your ideas are correct, otherwise, your proposal will
generally be refused. So before my placement, I would work on them. I also began attending extra LDT support
courses in which I enhanced my time management, teamwork, communication skills, etc. I have also begun to keep a
daily schedule so I don't miss tasks.

2) Preparation Week Two(Placement Launch)

Learning Experience: What did you do? Have you enjoyed working in mixed groups?
This week the planned experiments were repeated in a professional environment and how we may work with the
whole team and the correct schedule for projects that start at the end. We had several groups of individuals assigning
various tasks and this week we had to go through this project. I got to know my colleagues better this week rather
than the first week. I like working with various individuals a lot. This week's lesson was extremely enjoyable and
productive.

What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this? Do you feel more confident about starting
your placement?
The thing that we achieved was that on the final day of our week, we finished our work and delivered project outlines
in form of a presentation. The best thing was that all of us supported each other, and we worked all us as a highly
working team. However, on the second day, there was a delay. However, we were very successful in our project, and
we learned much from it. This made me trusted to commence my placement.

What did you learn/achieve? Which employability criteria does this event impact upon? What have you learned
about your personality preferences? What attitudes or behaviours will help or hinder your placement and how?
I have learned about solving problems and productivity. For example, you are either in a management position or in a
production or sale post, you probably get much knowledge from this training. This event has an effect on a number of
criteria for employability. In this event I would argue that a unprofessional attitude would certainly hamper my skills
or the ability of anybody.

Reflection: How will this experience be used for your personal development? What do you expect of the employer?
What support will you need? What do you want to achieve from your placement?

I have made a lot of improvements in management teams and teams.

I believe the employer will concentrate on getting the company to operate and generate as much profit as possible
since a team of experts is likely to be necessary.
It would be extremely useful if a senior man were to explain to me how things operate there and how I may get the
most out of my job.
I do this placement to know how it looks and how I operate in a professional area.

3) Placement Week One(On-site Placement)

Learning Experience: Tell us a bit about your placement. What is the organisation, what does it do? Where is it based,
with how many staff? Are you clear on your role/project/targets?
I had a placement at the GLOBELNET SOLUTIONS. The business is a development company that offers services to both
home and private industries and also builds parks and other leisure areas.  As an Customer Support Officer Officer, I
was recruited. I didn't have my job somewhat clear. However, my employer introduced me briefly to my duties. I
have clarified my job and responsibilities after a short session.

What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this? How did you approach your first week?
What impression do you think you made? What are you excited/confident/nervous/worried about?
I believe that my first week was a success since I understood my goals from the beginning and I began to work on
them. I have been engaged in recruiting and handling everyday employee affairs. I understood what the business
expected and recommended excellent research to all prospective applicants. All in all, it all worked well. A few
appropriate construction employees were recruited by the business. Towards the beginning of the week, I was a little
anxious but at the conclusion, I became more confident. I have asked several management questions and have gotten
excellent answers which have enhanced my understanding and trust.

What did you learn/achieve? Which employability criteria does this event impact upon? What might you have done
differently? How confident did you feel? What could help you? Do you know where to go for support? Have you
contacted your Placement Tutor?

I helped recruit a few well-qualified employees who will certainly provide the business with a long-term advantage.
At first, I needed some support, but my employer was extremely kind to lead me. I then examined and scanned for
the best the CVs of several dozen applicants. I called my teacher, but I was educated enough to manage the issue
alone simply to question myself how to suggest counselor candidates differently. At the conclusion of the forest
week, I felt more confident and also more reluctant.

Reflection: How will this experience be used for your personal development? What is your action plan? What could
you do to get more out of your placement?

I believe that's a really essential aspect of my grooming, I learn to trust in my choices. I will continue to work on this
placement and see what will happen next week.

4) Placement Week Two(On-site Placement)

Learning Experience: What are you enjoying? Who have you met? Who do you work well with and why? Do you like
the working environment you are in? Why?
There are many individuals working with me and above me, in the Customer Support Officer department as an
officer. I have also met many individuals from various departments. I have a professional relationship with my
employer because I believe we're we are both thinking the same way. In my working environment, I feel very
comfortable since every instrument is accessible to be productive and my coworkers are really helpful.

What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this? Do you have review meetings scheduled in
with the employer? Do you feel underworked/overworked or is the workload just right? Could you meet with your
supervisor to ask questions, ask for more support, clarify workloads and set realistic deadlines?
I believe this second week was very difficult not only for me but also for the Customer Support Officer department as
we had a major business project since our customers and the whole department had to educate almost 30-40
construction employees. We've got a major task and it's been difficult. A review meeting with the boss was held at
the conclusion of the week and it went well. Boss recognized some of my shortcomings as communication skills, such
as time management, pressure management, and strengths. This week, I told him I felt overwhelmed. He spoke
about working and working under pressure with me.
What did you learn/achieve? Which employability criteria does this event impact upon? What might you have done
differently? What skills are you developing? What are you doing for the first time? What are you noticing about
yourself?

It was the first week of training and it was quite busy. During this week, I learned how workers think and what
benefits and incentives they should get. I found that I tend to become more productive, which helps a lot under
stressful conditions.

Reflection: How will this experience be used for your personal development? What is your action plan? What could
you do to get more out of your placement?

This week is one of the most important since I have had enough of workload and stressful workplace circumstances
to fulfill the deadlines. This was a difficult week, but I gained a lot of experience in dealing with the additional
workload.

5) Placement Week Three(On-site Placement)

Learning Experience: You are almost halfway! What are you enjoying? Do you feel part of the team? Do you
think you are you vocal enough? Have you brought any new ideas to the organisation? What are your key
achievements so far?
This was my third training week and my third placement week. There's also been an additional workload,
like last week. I don't sure whether or not we liked this week since we're too busy to think about our days. I
have been thought of as a teammate. I have suggested plenty of workouts. Two have also been deployed. One
thinks I have been working in teams and team support at hectic periods more this week. I believe I have so
far grasped how a small customer support department is working and what the main tasks are. I also learned
how to deal with stress, operate under pressure and understand fundamental customer supporth tasks.
What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this? What are you most proud of?
How you think you are perceived at work? What have you found difficult? Is it different to how you thought
it would be?
Although the time is limited for training. The training was finished on time, however, some employees'
training problems arose since they were not enough competent to receive the training, thus they had
difficulty.
I have suggested a few alternatives that have been shifted day and night, including training. This achieved a
good result and I was praised for my effort.
It's not dramatically different, but it's a little different since your ideas and their absence may influence the
production of businesses and you have a lot of responsibility. I'm very happy to be a competent team member
on the job.
What did you learn/achieve? Which employability criteria does this event impact upon? What might you
have done differently? Are you more confident now? How? Have you met everyone you want to meet?
We had to show this week the business work that we had done in the previous two weeks. At those meetings,
I felt very confident. I believe I'm doing very well. I worked with a production team, my department, and
constructors. I developed myself professionally and also personally to a certain degree. I have acquired a
great many abilities as a leader and problem solver. With those qualities, I will update my CV and also write
about my enhanced presenting abilities.

Reflection: How will this experience be used for your personal development? Is this the kind of work you
would like to do when you graduate? Why? Are you at your best in this environment? Are you ready to
progress a level in your work?
I want to get into the areas of Customer Support Officer or project management since I believe I can do such
tasks quite well. In these circumstances, I have learned so much about the industry and how I work.

6) Placement Week Four(On-site Placement)

Learning Experience: What are you enjoying? Are you getting feedback from the employer on your
progress? How are your energy and stress levels? Have you spoken to your Placement Tutor?
I like to be productive and to do something. My employer gives me feedback on my progress. My energy
levels don't drop quickly but in week 2 my stress level rose, but gradually they go down, as I get to know the
environment better. I have been speaking with my tutor and my excellent suggestions and advice have been
given.

What went well? What went not so well? Why? How can you assess this? How any different groups of
people have you worked with? How have you grown personally and professionally?
This week we had to introduce the business work we had in the previous two weeks and this week we had
four major meetings. In those meetings, I felt very confident. I have worked with manufacturing employees,
my department, and building workers. I grew professionally and also to a certain degree personally. I think
that I have grown my personality and acquired professional abilities including work ethics, skills of business
communication, job load management, conversation and handling with various kinds of people, etc.

What did you learn/achieve? What might you have done differently? What skills and competencies have you
really developed? Which achievements will you update your CV with?
I have acquired a great many abilities as a leader and problem solver. With those qualities, I will update my
CV and also write about my enhanced presenting abilities. I have been updating my CV with several
practical Customer Support Officer skills I have learned and utilized throughout my apprenticeship.

Reflection: Will you continue working with the organisation in some capacity following your placement?
How many Linkedin connections will you make before you leave?
I have already established several hundred LinkedIn contacts. After my placement, I will attempt to work for
the organization, but it relies on my prospects. Over the last week, I want to get more recognition.

7) Placement Week Five(On-site Placement)

Looking back to the three areas of development you identified- what activities have you done relating to each
of these? How have you progressed? Any digital skills you acquired?

Area 1: Problem-solving skills

In several problem-solving areas, I was able to contribute. In order to address various issues, I suggested
several ideas and methods. Much has also been incorporated into my suggestion.
Area 2: Leadership skills
I believe my position enabled me to be a loud leader as I can. I assisted my deputy, and I guided the squad
well. In all my choices I also sought their counsel
Area 3:Presentation Skills
The ability to present is overlooked yet it is extremely important to persuade people to comprehend your
idea.

What feedback have you received from your supervisor at work? What is your reflection on this feedback? Is
it what you hoped for?
The comments I received from my employer were generally favourable throughout these 5 weeks of
placement. Sometimes modifications to my ideas may be helpful.
My elderly guide me very correctly, I believe. They didn't hesitate to assist me.

How has this placement changed your career aspirations? What would you like to do for the Level 5
placement?
My professional goals have changed considerably. I wanted to work in the finance department before my
appointment. I have noticed that the finance department is  not very attractive and I don't think I have the
financial department. I want to work for the department of Customer Support Officer rather than for myself
in the future.

How will you update your CV with this experience?

I will add a range of new skills that I have learned, including issue resolution, training processes, candidate
recruitment, leading skills, working load management, and presenting skills. In collaboration, I'm also
extremely excellent. I would like to mention that I have expertise with many kinds and how in a certain time
I can accomplish a very additional job. For me, this experience was both professionally and personally
extremely beneficial.
