DEVIL
'He is a cruel _14_' said my mother. 'He punishes the wicked and rebellious'
said my father. 'He is a fallen angel. You don't think of _15_; he is evil' said the
church father. 'How do you know all that?' I asked in my head. People say he
has big horns, a long tail and a creepy body,' answered a strange woman.
Have they met him? Do they know his sorrows and pains? Do they know his
happiness and loves? We don't know what he looks like, nor _16_ he is or who
he was, it's all guesswork. If I were to see him someday, I think he would smell of sadness and sorrow.
It must _17_ sad that the whole world hates you for being who you are, that the whole of humanity is
against you.
ANGELS
"The Big Apple was busy, as usual. That stress-filled day it had
rained all day, but no one stopped, everyone went on with their
daily activities. But the rainy night interrupted his thoughts, he had
to protect a corrupt man, the kind of people he hated the most. He
watched the sky, distracted by his thoughts. The briefcase that
night seemed useless to him: he decided to leave it at reception,
along with his cell phone. He needed to disconnect from
everything, eat something tasty, and buy some good quality
clothes. He left the huge and imponent building of the law firm,
under the umbrella he felt the insecurity of getting wet, of dirtying
his suit, but nothing mattered. He closed the umbrella, letting the water drops slide softly down his skin,
wetting his shoes. He walked to his apartment under the strange gazes of the other passersby, ignoring
the others he let himself relax by the soft sound, let himself be enchanted by the dark sky."

COFFEE MUG
FRANK QUISPE,
We don't _31_ what's going on in their atrophied heads, why
they are doing _32_, or how they can do it. I have to admit it is
quite stressful to be ignorant at such a crucial time. I feel the
healing routines getting clumsier and clumsier, I don't like
doing it _33_. I don't like healing, it's horrible to see _34_
shattered bodies. The military will not save _35_, we can only
count on ourselves. The food and drinking water will run out
soon, we will have to leave without _36_ how it is outside. One
of my companions is quite religious, he lives _37_ and praying and I don't blame him, the situation is
horrible. _38_ if that god exists, why is he putting us through this?
I would like a good cup of _39_ before I die. One well loaded with coffee, so much so that the taste soaks
into my mouth and _40_ head starts to ache from how strong it is. That's my last wish... But coffee _41_
It's okay to dream, isn't it? In my dreams I'll drink _42_ delicious cup of coffee, and when I wake up I'll go
back to my sad reality without it.
