Project Management

 Managing projects (including all construction, Interiors, renovation, refurbishment and maintenance
activities) from end-to-end projects encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope definition,
finalization of techno-commercial aspects and implementing quality standards
 Maintaining coordination with consultants & core team, site selection, concept and feasibility
assessments and the production of basic design packages for new projects
 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client
 Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the
