Global “Coco Fiber Market” report presents a comprehensive analysis of the competitive landscape including a complete company profile of the major players op
The market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 3.8% during the forecast period (2020 -
2025). Globally, there is an increasing demand for animal sourced products such as meat,
eggs, and milk  as when compared to plant-originated foods, such as cereals. The demand
for these animal products require alternative meals such as copra meal in ordre to boost its
production, thereby, stimulating the copra meal growth in animal feed market. Globally,
feed buyers are faced with adjusting the rations with respect to fluctuating market prices.
As a result, copra meal became a preferred alternative feed option over other available
meals.

strength and workability of concrete added with coconut shells. Comparisons
were made between conventional concrete with concrete mix coconut shell. In
this study, the concretes were mixes with coconut shell by percentage of weight
concrete which is 0%, 5%, and 10%. The coconut shell has been crushed first,
then it was sieved, to get the optimum size which, that retained on the 5mm sieve

compared to concrete added with 10% that has low workability. For the
compressive strength, the concrete added with 5% and 10% of coconut shell has
lower strength compared with normal concrete.

Asia is the largest user of coconut oil owing to the presence of
tropical regions, and coconut production being a good pastime.
Coconut oil is majorly produced in countries like India, Indonesia, and
Philippines. But the coconut oil market has gone up even in countries
like the USA. There has been an exponential demand for coconut oil
because of its multiple health benefits from the years 2006-2014. Also,
there has been an increase in demand for the coconut oil from Europe
since the year 2016. The Philippines has stated that the coconut oil
demand rose from Europe as compared to the past decade.

unsweetened fresh kernel or meat of a coconut’s mature fruit. Desiccated coconut
is used as an ingredient in food industries. Desiccated coconut is derived from
coconut which is predominantly grown in Southeast Asian countries, and is
traded worldwide. Since the ingredient is used in food industries such as bakery,
confectionery, culinary, beverages etc., the growth and demand for desiccated
coconut is has high correlation with the performance of overall mentioned food
industries. Attributed to its low cholesterol or trans-fats content while rich in a
variety of essential nutrient contents which includes dietary fiber, copper,
manganese and selenium, the product has witnessed increased traction in global

The World Market Price Virgin Coconut Oil is projected to reach roughly USD 5 Billion by
2024, enlisting a considerable CAGR of 9.5% during the estimated time frame, 2019 - 2024.
The crude coconut oil got from a dried coconut through expeller-squeezing is principally
known as virgin coconut oil. The significant determinant driving the development of the
worldwide virgin coconut oil market is the flooding interest for virgin coconut oil for multiple
beneficial purposes at home or in business. The developing interest among shoppers toward
virgin coconut oil over more grounded than refined coconut oil, as it is acquired through
expeller-squeezing, is additionally catalyzing the utilization of virgin coconut oil across the
globe. Rising wellbeing worries among the worldwide people are one of the more effective
factors that are boosting the demands of virgin coconut oil. Nonetheless, the provincial
accessibility of coconuts, as a crude material, is driving business sector players to rely upon
tremendous import volumes of coconut, which thus has prompted a climb in the retail costs
of virgin coconut oil. Subsequently, high virgin coconut oil at sprouts farmers market is relied
upon to hamper the market development, particularly in agricultural nations.
According to WHO, worldwide obesity has nearly tripled since 1975. Additionally,
in 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults were overweight out of which over 650
million were obese. Now, this has become a major concern in the world which
majorly attributes to the consumption of sugar that is responsible for raising
insulin levels, subsequently leading to obesity. While the aforementioned data is
disquieting, it’s a flourishing factor leading to the coconut sugar market growth
that already had a global market size of $1.2 billion to $1.7 billion as of 2018
according to IndustryARC’s business intelligence report. Furthermore, the analyst
projects that the coconut sugar market will grow at a remarkable CAGR of 5% to
6% during the forecast period of 2019-2025.

With production totalling 60.7 million tonnes (FAO) in 2008, coconut is the sixth most cultivated
fruit in the world and is grown in more than 90 countries. Production has increased by 19% in the
last decade (50.8 million tonnes in 2000). Asia and the Pacific account for 86% of world
production, Latin America and the Caribbean 10% and Africa 3%. More than 70% of world
production is concentrated in only three countries: Indonesia (32%), the Philippines (25%) and
India (18%). Brazil, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mexico and Vietnam trail far behind. Côte d’Ivoire and
the Dominican Republic are only in the 22nd and 28th positions.
South Asia is expected to dominate the global coconut flour market
by value share owing to the availability of a higher consumption rate
of coconut products in the region. Whereas North America, is
followed by South Asia is also showing a significant value share in the
global coconut flour market and the prime growth aspect is the high
