Identification
Forklift Identification Plate
The forklift identification plate is located inside,
on the right side of the dashboard. It contains
the equipment model number, serial number and
vehicle weight (GVW).
Use numbers in correspondence. It is important that
the model designation, serial number, and assembly
part number be referred to when seeking service
information or ordering parts.

Transmission Description
The transmission has four forward speeds and four
reverse speeds.
Axle Description
The forklift is equipped with two steerable drive
axles. Both axles are equipped with external disc
brakes.
Seat Belt
Fasten the seat belt as follows:
1. Position both belts across your waist as low on
the hips as possible. This is necessary to spread
the force of the belt over the hipbone instead of
across the abdomen. If latch plate is too tight to
pull, slide the latch plate along the webbing. This
will provide more belt slack.
2. Insert latch plate into buckle until a “click” is
heard. To unlock the seat belt, press button on
buckle and pull latch plate from buckle.
WARNING! Uncontrolled Movement Hazard.
Always make sure the seat belt is not twisted
and fits snugly across your waist.
Pettibone/Traverse Lift, LLC recommends that
operators use the seat belt at all times when driving
this machine and will not be held responsible if the
operator does not use the safety restraints available.
