Subject: Notice of Rent Increase.

Dear Ahsan,

Pursuant to the instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. Nihal Malik, resident of
House No. 265, Bihar Muslim co-operative housing society Karachi. I do hereby serve
you with the following legal Notice: -

Thank you for your valued tenancy. This Notice is to inform you that beginning on
September 01, 2021. The  PKR 44,000/- monthly rent for the premises you currently
occupy, at Shop No. UG-01 Eden Heights, will increase to PKR 60,000/- per month. With
effect from October 01, 2021. This rental payment will be due on the 05th Day of Every
Month. 

If you wish to continue your tenancy, the new monthly rental payment of PKR.
60,000/- will required to pay. Please be advised that all other terms of your rental
agreement remain in effect.

Additionally, we have surveyed the market and found the we have given that premises
lower than the market rate.

Please sign the Notice below, indicating your agreement and continued tenancy. If you
do not agree, you have 10 days to indicate your disagreement and subsequent
termination of tenancy.
