Research Idea;

Research idea is to examine how workplace ostracism affects task performance of employees in
presence of motional energy. It also explains the moderating role of spousal support in the
relationship between ostracism and emotional energy that how spousal support from the family could
help employees to deal with workplace ostracism.

In this research we will explain these phenomena through conservation of resource theory.
