Sukra Concrete

Sukra Concrete Private Ltd (SCPL) is a Chennai based firm proposing to engage in the manufacture
and marketing of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). RMC is defined as concrete manufactured as per
specifications of the customer, at a centrally located batching plant and delivered to the construction
site in truck mixers capable of mixing the ingredients of the concrete enroot or just before delivery
of the batch. SCPL is currently having 3 plants in Chennai.
We would like to introduce ourselves that we are the manufactures of Ready-mix concrete in the
name of " Sukra Concrete Private Ltd", which has a base of 3 plants located in and around Chennai.
We would like to highlight few points about our organization, please find it in the below:
 RMC plant in Kundrathur (M1 Plant)/ Mambakkam (M1 Plant)/ Oragadam (CP/30 Plant)
(plant 60M3 /Per Hr).

 We are the approved Registered RMC company With Corporation of Chennai.

 We have got approval for RMC supply to Port trust, Chennai metro ,Southern
Railways, Housing board and TNEB
 We are the RMC supplier for most of the major key customer in Chennai. We have
mentioned it our client base in the profile.
Sukra’s BackBone - The Professionals
Sukra’s Marketing, Quality & Administration wing has been headed by Mr. Sudarsanan, Partner. He
is having a background of 30+ years of experience in cement industry. Worked with top cement
company in tamilnadu. Started his own business and created 300+ dealer to serve with product line
of cement and allied building materials product of construction industry in Chennai market. To
support better service to the customer have got in-house transportation vehicle (Bulker & Lorry)

Mr. Karthikeyan Selvaraj, His traditional family business into transport and aggregates for more than
a decade. Completed his graduation in Europe and worked as director in M/s. Tirveni group in euro
as vertical head for their one of the product line. His strong techno commercial knowledge in
transport and raw material is helping us to get better terms in building material industry which is Our
strength to get on time deliverable from raw material supply to manufacture concrete. While there
is fluctuation of price and demand of supply. He has supported one of our director who is already
entrepreneur in RMC industry with his idea of selling unique products in the construction industry
and made success on his ideas. With his industrial expertise procurement of cement will be an
additional advantage when compare with competitors.
Mr.Gajendran, sales & Marketing (Infra & Construction) Expertise 17+ years of experience with top
MNC Company like TVS, TATA Steel & JSW Severfield in Infra projects. Worked with expertise and
dealt with Top consultant and architect all over India for major infra projects to execute expertise
techno commercial activity from preliminary stage of project till completion and handing over the
project. Valued added sales 8 Marketing experience in RMC industry is helping us to gain confident
on expertise experience of earlier profile

Mr.Sivanantham RMC sales & Operations Expertise 14+ years of hand full experience in RMC
industry. Having good knowledge in creating good operational efficiency in production as well as
building team spirit and scale up their skills in production and maintenance of the assigned plant, he
has got art of interpersonal skills which leads him to generate good customer base in business
development activities. He has four side thought of understanding and identifying the future market
scope to develop the present scenario to overcome challenges and providing solution to kill the future
problem.

Our Commercial Plant is located at Kundrathur which is M1 Model Plant.We are currently supplying
concrete from our commercial plant to locations like Porur, Poonamallee, Mangadu, Saidapet,
Ambattur, Aavadi, Etc. We also have a centralized quality control laboratory is located at Kundrathur
plant.

Ready Mixed Concrete

All the ready mixed concrete produced at our concrete batching plants use high quality cement,
carefully selected sand and aggregates graded for cleanliness and size, water, and admixture to
maximize concrete workability and performance.
Workability
This is the critical attribute for users, as it is the factor which influences the ease with which ready mixed
concrete can be placed, worked with and finished to achieve the desired end result. How workable
concrete is, is a result of the specification and the mix composition. Workability is commonly controlled
through the slump test.
Slump

This is the measure of workability of the mix and typically varies between 6cm and 15 cm. The slump
is achieved by varying the amount of water in the mix and, if necessary, using chemical additives.
These additives can produce a higher slump, thereby increasing the concrete's workability, but
without reducing its strength.
Mix Type

There are several types of mixes dependent on application or specification. Prescribed mixes are
those which have constituent materials and ratios prescribed by the customer. Design mixes are
developed by us to comply with our customers, engineers and architects specifications. They can be
designed to fulfill a number of specific requirements, such as pumping, chemical resistance, and
underwater placing.
Strength

This is measured as either compressive or flexural strength. Concrete samples are tested and
strengths measured according to standard practices. Typically, strength is specified at 28 days. If our
clients are uncertain about correct slump, mix or strength requirement for their particular project,
we have competent technical people who can assist. Standard grades like M-20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45,
50, 60, 70, etc. Specialized concrete like Self Compacting, colored, high strength and high volume fly
ash concrete can also be given by Sukra Concrete

SUKRA BagCrete is a unique solution, whose reach can extended to locations, where a conventional transit
mixer cannot reach or where viability of site mix is an issue due to space or some other constraints. Sukra
BagCrete is concrete supplied in 40 kg bags in both dry as well as wet from which can be transported and
directly used for casting any structure.
SUKRA Crack free Crete
SUKRA CrackfreeCrete is a special solution designed to reduce shrinkage cracks on Concrete structural.
Concrete is prone to high rate of evaporation due to various conditions of relative humidity, wind velocity,
ambient air temperature, which ultimately leads to cracks in plastic stage of the concrete. In Sukra
CrackfreeCrete an artificial barrier is created to reduce the rate of evaporation of water from concrete
surface and hence reduces the initiation of cracks in plastic stage. This is done by the use of polyethene or
tarpaulin sheets and water is sprinkled over it.
SUKRA FastCrete
SUKRA FastCrete is a solution specially designed to achieve high early strength than
Conventional concrete in order to achieve faster rate of construction. This helps in save time and reduces
the project cost. High early strength and workability are achieved by using high performance additives,
super plasticizes and accelerators in addition to advanced mix design methods.
SUKRA JetCrete
SUKRA JetCrete is a special solution for cement concrete road which attains strength at a very high rate and
helps in opening the road to traffic within 24 hours of the application. It is a special additives, modified
polymers, minerals & chemical admixtures that helps in quickly achieving desire properties of concrete in
production under strict control and formulation; deliver in a controlled manner and craftsmanship on
placing, finishing, curing by specialists and experienced personnel.
SUKRA FibreCrete
SUKRA FibreCrete is a unique product with inherently enhanced resistance against tensile stresses which
leads to shrinkage cracks at initial and later stages of hardening of concrete. This is achieved by introduction
of polypropylene and polyester fibers. These fibers compensate the lack of tensile strength of the concrete
by taking the tensile stress themselves and cracks.

SUKRA EcoCrete is designed while keeping sustainability and environment protection at heart. Sukra
EcoCrete has very low carbon footprint as compared to the conventional concrete. Sukra EcoCrete has

of lesser quarrying for limestone. Secondly, it reduces the carbon footprint of the projects by a huge amount

SUKRA ImprintCrete
SUKRA ImprintCrete is a decorative concrete solution available in various colors, textures and patterns. It
is available in two forms- one of plain colored concrete and another one is stamped concrete. Both these
solutions are applicable for vertical and horizontal use. UV stable high quality color pigments are used to
ensure color fastness for loner period.
SUKRA LiteCrete
SUKRA LiteCrete is new generation light weight concrete produced by introducing foam in concrete. Foam
is generated separately by use of synthetic based air entertainer and foam generator. Synthetic air
entertainer entrains bubbles in the concrete thus reducing the density of the concrete and making it much
lighter in weight as compared to conventional concrete.

SUKRA NatureCrete
SUKRA NatureCrete is low fines concrete solution designed for recharging the ground water table level.
Water does not flow over this concrete but percolated in to the ground again due to its previous design
thus reducing the run off and flooding. High cement paste and interlocking pattern of aggregates ensure
long service life of the pavement.

SUKRA Column 6
SUKRA Column 6 is a unique product which is specifically used to retain desired workability up to 6 hours
after addition of water without affecting any fresh or hardened properties of concrete. It is achieved by the

SUKRA SelfCrete
SUKRA SelfCrete is a special concrete having self-flowing self-leveling and self-consolidating properties
developed to make construction process easy, fast and efficient. Sukra SelfCrete is developed using new
generation admixtures technology allowing it to be self-flowing properties while maintaining low viscosities
and yield stress of the mix without any segregation of bleeding.
It is one the solutions towards noise-free placement of concrete with challenging task of placing concrete
