Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

This MoU has been signed between --- and ---- on ---- and will be in effect from ---- and -----

(the body of this MoU should be as of a described format. Please check with the contract that
we signed with IURS)

1. The First Party herby referred to shall be Evobotics, Edappalli, Kochi, Kerala and the
second party shall be -------
2. The term of agreement of the contract between the two the above mentioned and
undersigned parties shall be for three years from the date of signature, in respect to the
first agreement term and shall be extended at will at the end of the term with the
written consent of both the parties. For renewal of the term, a fresh agreement contract
shall be signed at will and this contract shall not stand in effect.
3. Robotics and Artificial Intelligence mentioned in this MoU shall include everything, but
not limited to, all that is mentioned in Appendix-A.
4. Evobotics shall come into a contract with the second party to setup, enhance, develop
and conduct a robotics club and related development activities in the field of AI and
robotic technology and assist the staff and students in learning, comprehending and
applying their knowledge in prescribed activities, studies and listings.
5. Evobotics shall require a session of the school working (or non-working) hours, once in
every month and make necessary arrangements for the same as and how Evobotics
demands, for the completion of the prescribed syllabi mentioned in Appendix-B. Time,
Infrastructure and other necessary commutation facilities for the students shall be made
arranged accordingly.
6. All the students enrolling in the course shall be involuntarily directed to obtain one-year
Evobotics membership and shall avail all facilities including but not limited to,
communication with the faculty for assistance in individual needs, team works, projects
and other responsible activities including exhibitions, trade fairs, competitions and other
public responses.
7. Evobotics shall take care of everything robotic and AI and embedded systems’ related in
the school.
8. The robotic kit shall be available for purchase for the students at a very low cost, if some
student of the school needs, apart from the scheme that the company provides
characteristically to the students of school.
 9. All the infrastructure, flair and competence provided by the second party shall not be at
the risk and responsibility of the first party and shall not be liable to any damages apart
from the manual ones caused by the deliberateness of the faculty or staff of the first
party.
10. The working of the sessions of Evobotics at the school shall be more or less like an
interactive session rather than a regular classroom session, with full of activities and
knowledge-based tricks and workings.

11. The second party shall not acknowledge, relate or appoint any other third party towards
the same from the postulates ‘Four’ (4) to ‘Ten’ (10).

What all points are needed, I cant make out. Please tell me so that I can frame the sentences.

Appendix-A needs a detailed description about AI, I shall search the net and tell it. B needs the
syllabus that is to be taught to the students. That you can discuss with the principals and then
fix accordingly.
