Discuss sports as exercise

You'll be healthier as a result. Sport and physical activity improve your fitness and mental health. Sports require
you to move your body, and it is a well-known fact that exercise is beneficial to your health. Physical activity,
according to the Mayo Clinic, helps control weight, combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood,
boosts energy, and promotes better sleep. Exercise includes activities such as working out at a health club,
swimming, cycling, running, and sports such as golf and tennis. The majority of daily physical activity is classified as
light to moderate in intensity. Certain health benefits, however, can only be obtained through more strenuous
physical activity.

Speed- Practising moving and accelerating faster helps to condition the neuromuscular system to improve the
firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers.
Strength core- Strong core muscles act as isometric or dynamic stabilizers for movement; transfers force and can
initiate movement on its own. And to stabilize my other weak areas to reduce the risk of injury.
Endurance- ability to sustain a certain intensity over a longer period of time and to recover as soon as possible.
