I, ALVIN TUNG, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of Brgy. Bakhaw,
Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these
presents do name, constitute and appoint DANN VINCENT FUENTES of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Brgy. Navais, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and
benefit, to do and perform any and all of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To process the correction/change/update of my Registration of Information from

Bureau of Internal Revenue - RDO 072, Roxas City to Bureau of Internal
Revenue RDO-074, Iloilo City, Philippines; and

2. To sign any and all papers and documents necessary to facilitate the above-
mentioned objective.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue of these presents.
