Case Scenario:

Nurse Mara makes a home visit at Barangay Portero. She meets Family XYZ, who lives nearby
the river bank. Family XYZ has 12 members, composed of the couple who were both finished
4th grade and have 10 children. Children ranges from 15 years old who is the eldest and
youngest is 18 mos baby.

During the nurse visit, she obtained the following data:

 Mother XYZ is 3 month pregnant, no prenatal care yet G11P10, 30 years old
 Father XYZ is a mangangalakal earning ₱100/day, with total of ₱3,000/month which is
allotted for the following: Food allowance – ₱100/day, Water bill – ₱200/month, children
school allowance - ₱300/month. They don’t have electricity and using kerosene lamp and
